How it works
l When our customers place a printing order the amount of C02 generated in the production, printing and delivery of the paper is calculated. l The cost to buy and plant new trees is covered by Prontaprint as we are committed to reducing C02 emissions from our practices and to delivering sustainable print. l This means our customers gain all of the benefits without any extra cost. l The Woodland Carbon logo may be used in conjunction with the print job to demonstrate your commitment to using reduced CO2 paper l All Carbon Capture charges will be paid to the Woodland Trust who will plant woodland at one of their accredited woodland creation sites in the UK

Prontaprint is offering customers and their clients the opportunity to capture the CO2 emissions from their paper purchases by planting native woodland, right here in the UK, through the Woodland Trust and the Woodland Carbon scheme.

Woodland Carbon are offering customers the opportunity to capture the CO2 from their paper purchases through the Carbon Capture programme
Woodland is the second largest sink of CO2 after the oceans
The CO2 is captured by the planting of trees in new native woodland here in the UK, through the Woodland Trust’s Government backed Woodland Carbon Scheme
100% of the Carbon Capture charge goes directly to the Woodland Trust to plant native woodland in the UK
The Carbon Capture programme operates in partnership with the Woodland Trust the UK’s leading woodland charity
The scheme operates under the HM Government’s 2011 Woodland Carbon Code www.woodlandcarbon.co.uk
Use the Woodland Carbon logo When you choose Prontaprint for your print jobs you may use the specially developed Woodland Carbon logo on all your printing. The logo will contain a reference number providing confirmation and traceability. Using the Woodland Carbon logo enhances your brand and reinforces your environmental message.
