HELLO neighbor!

Hello neighbor! As a Castleton resident since 2006 and a Virginia Beach local, I’d like to present to you another issue of the Castleton Connector Magazine, which hopefully you will find some useful information on a variety of topics, including the ever-changing real estate & mortgage world. You will also find periodic articles from my team of local experts from a wide spectrum of industries that pertain to owning a home and living in our community.

In my 25-years as a senior mortgage banker with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group®, I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped over 2,300 families achieve the American dream of homeownership, several of which are our very own neighbors here in Castleton!

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group is headquartered in Virginia Beach, as well as located in numerous states along the eastern seaboard. I’m personally licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. My commitment is to close on time, close accurately, and communicate proactively throughout the loan process.

This month, I’d also like to mention my recent acceptance to become one of the state Visionaries this year for the annual drive for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. My sole nephew, Tyler DeMille, was diagnosed as an infant with a very rare form of leukemia, and given just a 20% chance of survival. Through much persistence, prayer, & support from my younger brother, his wife, and many others, Tyler is now a junior in high school, and is more than ten years in remission. Unfortunately, not all families experience the same outcome, so I’m looking to add team members to “Team Randy, The Saberer!” who are willing to join me over the next couple months. It does not have to involve making any phone calls for fund-raising as such, and could be as simple as sending an e-mail or letter those you know who may have a like-minded interest for this cause, as they likely know some who does as well.
