The La Mesa Chamber Celebrates 15 Years
The La Mesa Chamber is celebrating 15 years of service to the community this year, and are grateful for the support of the members, the community, and our supporters. During these past 15 years we have created activities that serve our members, community and making life better for those within our community. The annual activities are: Honoring the brave men and women who serve our community through the police, fire, paramedics, and our retired volunteer senior patrol at the Salute to Local Heroes, celebrate our business members and community via the two business expos held in the spring and summer, and focus on the food industry and sampling of their dishes via the Taste of San Diego East. In addition to these activities, we support our charitable and charitable giving activities throughout the year. The C hamber believes that being a member of our community and being a non-profit organization, includes being a good community leader. The annual charitable activities are: Adopting homebound seniors that live in La Mesa in partnership with the La Mesa Police Department and the Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol and the adoption of military families that live in La Mesa.
