• Follow these instructions if your printer has already been added to your HP account but has not yet been enrolled in Instant Ink. • Go to your HP Instant Ink account and sign in.

• Click HP Instant Ink > Plan Overview if HP Instant Ink appears as an option in the left menu.

• To finish the enrollment, click Enroll Another Printer or Enroll/Replace Printer.

•You can preserve your existing Instant Ink account and change the printer associated with it if you replace a printer with an Instant Ink account with another printer.

•This is true whether HP replaces your printer under wvarranty or you buy a new one. When you change a printer, you can maintain the prior printer’s rollover pages, free months, prepaid amounts, account history, and other account information.

•If you’re replacing an Instant Ink printer, make sure you use the HP Smart app to set up the new printer.

•During printer setup, the HP Smart app immediately replaces the printer on the Instant Ink account if HP provides a replacement printer under warranty.

•If you purchased a replacement printer, look for the option to replace an old printer during set up with the HP Smart app. For the replacement printer, you must first identify the existing Instant Ink account.
