Prayer of Confession The Lord be with you.

Let us confess our need for grace together.

God, we confess that we cling to our lives. We protect and provide for ourselves. We do not love perfectly, afraid of the cost. Forgive our selfishness, heal our fear, and deepen our trust in your grace, that we may let go of our lives, take up the cross of love, go where you send us, and receive true life from you. silence for prayer
