All of Us Productions was thrilled to showcase our short film, The San Diego Hotel, at this year’s Latino Film Festival! The excitement kicked off with our San Diego premiere, where we also met and enjoyed an inspiring workshop led by the talented Director Ricardo De Montreuil
Our celebration continued at the Mission Valley community area, where The Latino Soundstage created a vibrant space for local talent to shine We collaborated with Flamenco with Roots, celebrating the rich history and culture of flamenco, and were joined by the energetic youth mariachi group, Mariachi Orgullo Nacional San Diego and the colorful dancers Tesoros Del Folklor.
Additionally, we proudly participated in a modeling walk with Princess Academy, showcasing the diverse talents of our young artists
A special shoutout to the Latino Film Festival for offering such an amazing platform for San Diego’s artistic greatness and to Princess Magazine for supporting our youth programs, empowering young Latinos to express their creativity. Todo comenzó en mi adolescencia en Tijuana, Baja California Desde muy pequeño me apasionó el baile y nunca me perdía las famosas “tardeadas” de secundaria Ahí descubrí algo que marcaría mi vida para siempre: la energía de loseventos,lamúsicaylaconexiónconlaspersonas
A los 15 años conocí a quien se convertiría en mi mejor amigo, Tavo Junto con mi hermano Álvaro, Marcos Luqueño, mejor conocido como “El Panda”, y otros grandes amigos, fundamos en 1995 en Tijuana, Baja California, el grupo de animación **Elemento 7** Lo que comenzó como una pasión juvenil terminó convirtiéndoseenunaescueladevida,liderazgoyemprendimiento

Cada integrante dejó algo importante en mi vida De todos aprendí algo: cosas muy buenas y también lecciones difíciles Con el tiempo entendí que los errores forman parte del crecimiento Cometimos errores, como cualquier proyecto que crece rápidamente, pero precisamente esos errores fueron los quemásmeenseñaron.
Cada uno de los integrantes de Elemento 7 dejó una huella importante en mi vida y una parte de ellos siempre quedará en mi corazón. Compartimos escenarios, viajes, retos, aprendizajes, triunfos y momentos que marcaron nuestrasvidasparasiempre
Hoy puedo decir que muchas de las decisiones que tomo actualmente en mis negocios vienen de todas esas experiencias acumuladas durante décadas Tal vez siga cometiendo errores nuevos, porque emprender siempre implica riesgos, pero los errores del pasado me enseñaron a evolucionar y no repetir losmismospatrones
Posteriormente, alrededor del año 2006, tomé la decisión de mudarme a San Diego,California,ciudaddondeactualmenteresido
Llegar a Estados Unidos representó una nueva etapa llena de retos y oportunidades Aunque Elemento 7 ya se encontraba en uno de sus mejores momentos en Tijuana, decidí comenzar nuevamente, pero ahora enfocándome específicamente en el mercado de las quinceañeras y eventos sociales, dejando atrás el formato tradicional de grupo de animación para evolucionar hacia una producción completa de entretenimiento y experiencias para eventos
Paralelamente a mi carrera artística y empresarial, decidí prepararme académicamente Estudié la carrera de **Ingeniería en Electrónica** y posteriormente cursé la **Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior y Aduanas** Aunque nunca ejercí profesionalmente ninguna de las dos carreras, ambas me ayudaron a desarrollar una mentalidad analítica, estratégica y enfocada en resolverproblemas

My name is **Leo Gallegos**—businessman, entrepreneur, and founder of **Elemento 7 Party Productions** From a very young age, I understood that my path did not lie in working for a company, but rather in building something ofmyown.
It all began during my teenage years in Tijuana, Baja California Since I was a small child, I had a passion for dance, and I never missed the famous middle school "tardeadas"—afternoon dance parties It was there that I discovered something that would shape my life forever: the energy of live events, the music,andtheconnectionwithpeople
At the age of 15, I met the person who would become my best friend: Tavo Together with my brother Álvaro, Marcos Luqueño—better known as "El Panda"—and several other great friends, we founded the entertainment group **Elemento 7** in Tijuana, Baja California, in 1995 What began as a youthful passion eventually evolved into a school of life, leadership, and entrepreneurship
Over the years, Elemento 7 successfully established a strong foothold in Tijuana, experiencing a period of tremendous growth and recognition. During our peak years, our roster grew to include more than 40 members across various stages of the group's evolution. More than just a team, Elemento 7 becameatruefamily
We would often coordinate multiple events simultaneously across both Californias, although our strongest market always remained Tijuana, Rosarito, and Ensenada At the very height of Elemento 7’s success, we were operating up to five separate groups at the same time across different events Those were years filled with immense hard work, learning, and unforgettable experiences
Every single member left a significant mark on my life I learned something from each of them—both the very good things and the difficult lessons In time, I came to understand that mistakes are an integral part of growth. We made mistakes as does any project undergoing rapid expansion—but it was preciselythosemistakesthattaughtmethemost
Each member of Elemento 7 left a lasting imprint on my life, and a part of them will forever remain in my heart We shared stages, road trips, challenges, lessons, triumphs, and moments that have left an indelible mark on our lives forever Today, I can say that many of the decisions I currently make in my businesses stem from all those experiences accumulated over decades I may still make new mistakes—for entrepreneurship always entails risk—but the errors of the past taught me how to evolve and avoid repeating the same patterns

Arriving in the United States marked a new chapter, filled with both challenges and opportunities Although Elemento 7 was already at one of its peak moments in Tijuana, I decided to start over this time focusing specifically on the *quinceañera* and social events market—leaving behind the traditional format of an entertainment troupe to evolve into a full-scale production companycreatingentertainmentandexperiencesforevents
Alongside my artistic and entrepreneurial career, I decided to pursue academic studies I earned a degree in **Electronic Engineering** and subsequently completed a **Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and Customs** Although I never professionally practiced either of these fields, both helped me develop ananalytical,strategic,andproblem-solvingmindset
However, I always knew deep down that my true calling lay in entrepreneurship
Over the years, I have developed various businesses and projects Some have performed exceptionally well, while others did not turn out as I had hoped. But that is the nature of entrepreneurship: you are constantly exposed to risk—to makingmistakesandhavingtostartover
For me, the most important thing has always been to learn from every experience I am passionate about creating new projects, building upon ideas, and discovering new opportunities I consider myself a self-taught individual; I constantly study new tools, technologies, and strategies because I am convincedthatappliedknowledgecantransformanyprojectintoreality
For over 30 years, Elemento 7 has been in a constant state of evolution. What began as an entertainment troupe eventually transformed into a full-service event production company—**Elemento 7 Party Productions**—offering services such as DJing, choreography for waltzes and surprise dances, LED robots, photo booths, photography and videography, special effects, LED dancefloors,andawidearrayofexperientialelementsforsocialevents
On August 31, 2025, I made the decision to officially bring the Elemento 7 entertainment group era to a close, following three decades of history This choice did not stem from the project failing; on the contrary, it was a deeply personaldecisionandasignificantturningpointinmylife
This moment symbolized the end of a chapter that had accompanied me for over 30 years and represented a transformation—both professional and personal From that point on, many things changed: my business vision evolved, new projects emerged, and I embarked on a new phase of personal growth, learning, andreinvention.
More than just the closure of a project, it was the beginning of a new version of myself—bothasanentrepreneurandasaperson.
In 2016, I discovered the fascinating world of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies At that time, I invested approximately **$18,000 in Bitcoin**, when its price hovered around**$600perunit**—whichamountedtonearly**30Bitcoins**
I joined a platform that promised high returns, which ultimately turned out to be a fraudulent Ponzi scheme During the first few months, everything appeared to be running smoothly Thanks to the platform's growth and the commissions I earned by inviting others to join, I managed to accumulate around **123 Bitcoins**
However, I made the mistake of reinvesting a large portion of those earnings into a new cycle within that very same platform. Shortly thereafter, the company collapsed.
I lost practically everything. Before it shut down for good, I only managed to recover nearly the **$18,000** I had initially invested. That experience became oneofthemostimpactfulfinanciallessonsofmylife
What is truly striking is that months later—in late 2017—Bitcoin reached nearly **$20,000 per unit** It was at that moment that I fully grasped the immense potential I had once held in my hands Had I held onto those 123 Bitcoins, their valuewouldhaveexceeded**$2.4million**

Instead of getting bogged down by failure, I decided to dive deep into financial markets and learn how to trade professionally Since 2017, I have dedicated myselftotradingandtheconstantstudyofthemarkets
During the 2020 pandemic—when the world of live events came to a temporary standstill—I found a new opportunity in the digital realm. I founded my first online trading academy and discovered the immense potential of digital business andonlineeducation.
Between 2020 and 2021, I achieved very positive results, reaching a student base of over 600 individuals from various parts of the world—including countries like Colombia, Peru, the United States, and parts of Europe—many of whom went on tosuccessfullydeveloptheirskillsastraders
The pandemic taught me a fundamental lesson: businesses evolve, and those who learntoadaptcanturnanycrisisintoanopportunity
