We received a staggering 62 nominations for colleagues in PIA and were delighted to present 2 individual and 1 team award s
With 7 nominations, the panel were delighted to recognise Antonella Cassano’s efforts to complete tasks efficiently and effectively – with positivity and professionalism, Antonella can be relied on to go above and beyond to support the wider team.
In a similar vein, Guiseppe Russo also received 7 nominations in recognition of his efforts to challenge ways of working and actively (and patiently) share his knowledge to support the development of the wider team. Those who nominated Guiseppe were keen to acknowledge the positive impact of his can-do attitude – and the panel were delighted to add their word of thanks!
Simona Auciello, Denise Vollaro, Rosaria Perrone & Francesca Sansossio have taken on the challenge of introducing colleagues at PIA to exciting new regional recipes – more than just about keeping lunchtime interesting, by researching different options and celebrating difference, the team are helping to make PIA an increasingly inclusive place to work. And for that reason, the panel were pleased to be able to recognise their efforts!
