Unless described or announced differently, the following terms will apply to each of the lots selling.

The Right to Flush All lots described as “The Right to Flush” will carry the following guarantee. In all cases, a minimum of eight (8) transferable embryos is guaranteed to the buyer. In the event of any cow failing to produce the minimum number of embryos (8), the buyer will have the option of flushing the cow again until the minimum, and only the minimum, number of embryos is fulfilled, or the buyer may elect to have their money returned to them based upon a prorated price per embryo as determined by the auction price of the flush. In all cases, the buyer will assume the expenses associated with the embryo flush. The location and the technician used for the flushing procedure will be the choice of the seller and in most cases will be announced at the sale. Unless stated otherwise, the buyer will have the right to flush the female as soon as she is available. Please see each lot for details on each female’s availability. The duration of the agreement will be 12 months from the date of the sale. If the purchaser has not received embryos within this time period, all deposits will be returned in full. If embryos are recovered but the balance of the flush purchase price and flush expenses have not been paid by the purchaser then all deposits will be forfeited and embryos retained by the seller(s).

Pregnant Recipients In the case of already realized pregnancies (i.e. embryos that have been implanted and confirmed pregnant) the buyer will pay 100% of the purchase sale day. Each of these recipient females has been examined for pregnancy by a qualified technician and is fully guaranteed to be carrying the mating described with each lot. These cattle will sell without further guarantee. In the case of unrealized pregnancies, the seller will provide the buyer with a pregnant recipient female that is fully guaranteed to be carrying the mating described in its respective lot on or about the time agreed upon by the buyer and seller. Buyer must take delivery of and make full settlement for their pregnancy purchase within 30 days of confirmation of the pregnancy and notification by the seller. All “sexed pregnancies” are fully guaranteed to be carrying the calf sex as determined in this booklet or as selected by the buyer. No guarantee, expressed or implied, is made as to a live calf, calf quality, or recipient value. In all cases, transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer in cooperation with the seller.

Embryo Packages Unless described or announced differently, all embryos are Grade #1s and are fully guaranteed to consist of their respective mating described herein. Due to the nature of this event and the wide range and geographical locations of the buyers and sellers involved, no guarantee can be made as to conception rate realized when using these embryos. However, if the buyer uses an embryo technician that is agreeable to the seller, and the buyer informs the seller of his intentions prior to implanting the embryos, at least one 90-day pregnancy will be guaranteed per three embryos sold. Many of the embryos will be available for transfer at the auction. However, in all cases, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping arrangements and expense.

Semen All semen is guaranteed to be of acceptable quality but no guarantee is made as to conception rate. Much of the semen will be available for transfer at the sale. However, in all cases, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping arrangements and expense.

Selling full interest and possession Rumor Has It…this guy is just what we’ve been waiting for from a tried and true Frozen Gold line of great cattle. This bull is loaded with proven genetics and he comes equipped with expected calving ease, a unique genetic blend, and all the modern necessities that come with a bull that looks like this special sire always has. He was produced from a beautiful first-calf dam that is likely to see some time in the ballroom soon and he arrived with just a 73 pound birth weight before growing into the beast you see here. Compare him to the best you have seen for important traits like foot size, balance, body shape, movement, and oh that wonderful shag; he’s for real. He is backed by a power-producing maternal pedigree that includes legends like his high-selling second dam, Dream Girl 42TJ, that was the featured live lot of our 2013 Frozen Gold and now works for The Farmer Group, OH, and his $82,000-valued third dam, Rowe Ms Habanero 42FJ, that ranks as one of the most productive Maine cows in history. Plus, his outcross top side pedigree features the great consistency of BBR Rumor Mill, the Benz x Whiskey blend that has been the most consistent sire the PUPS program has ever used and has been leased the past two seasons thanks to the generosity of Heritage Farms, Carlos and Pat Wolfe, OH. Study your pedigree. Benz. Whiskey. Northern Improvement. Habanero. Draft Pick. Consider the low birth weight and the amazing look. Rumor Has It this bull was bred for the bright lights and to make a lasting impact on the game! Selling full interest and possession – Due to calve April 21, 2014 to Limestone Trifecta When was the last time you saw a purebred Simmental like this? Ever? If you did, you should have bought her because there are so few of them and they work so well to create so much success in today’s game; just look at Lot 1. This long-haired, geek-necked masterpiece is so young but already so proven with multiple sires. Her flush to Trifecta – she is coming with another this spring – produced five calves in 2012 that sold from the pasture for $14,000, $6,500, $5,000, $4,000, and $3,500 and included the eventual Supreme Champion Junior Heifer of the 2013 Nebraska State Fair that was also selected as the Reserve Champion Percentage Simmental of the 2013 American Royal and the Kansas Beef Expo. Another late flush to Monopoly produced a set of May calves that sold for $6,500, $5,000, and $4,000 despite their age disadvantage. They were good and this cow will really work that way as well. In fact, with her look and outcross pedigree, there is a very long list of bulls that should click so well with this one. How about that neck and look on this purebred? And what about that shag? Wow! She’s as good as she looks and she produces even better. Cross her up or keep her pure, it won’t take much faith to make Miss Faith work for you!

Selling the buyer’s choice of one-half interest in either the bull or the heifer. Buyer may elect to double hammer price to acquire full interest in their selection. An amazing improvement option from the top of the Angus gene pool, here is an exceptionally rare opportunity to select your own full brother or sister to Dameron First Class, the most in-demand sire for winning Angus cattle in the game today. You can write your destiny here because these two gems are untouched – they haven’t even been named or clipped yet – and built with even more quality and potential than you might expect. They’re ready to bust loose in their new home and there is literally no limit as to what might happen when they do. Their famous, deceased full brother is absolutely dominant when it comes to producing championship Angus cattle. So many sons and daughters have been great success stories that we cannot begin to name them here. First Class semen recently sold for more than $5,000/straw and it is so hard to come by that you better quit looking. Go see these cattle in western Indiana before the auction. They’re not just bred good they are good. The bull looks like his brother; deep, full, impeccably balanced and so attractive with real muscle and great hair. The heifer looks like a young donor cow with fantastic length, shape, and that signature First Class front end. Two full siblings to First Class. Both of them excellent. Both of them rare. Both of them destined to make huge impacts on any program. The decision to buy is simple – but which one? Lot 4 is offered by Foster Farms, Brett Foster – Otterbein, Indiana – 765/418-5827

- Well, you can’t say we didn’t warn you a year ago. Destiny 110W is back again and she is likely here to stay – if her owners continue to share – after a magical summer and another outstanding calf crop. She is one of several amazing Hard Drive daughters working in the Goettemoeller program and we told you last March that it was just a matter of time before she fulfilled her “Destiny”. - This purebred beauty is the dam of Brook Egbert’s powerhouse son by Believe In Me that beat them all at the Ohio State Fair last summer. Remember him? He was awesome but his mother is far from a one-hit wonder with other credits in the book and more to come soon. - Destiny 110W is the dam of GOET Drivin’ 80, the new calving-ease sire at Rodgers Cattle, IA, and her first embryo calves include Brook’s high-selling and winning steer, his awesome fall-born full brother that will sell soon, plus a Heat Wave son that brought $10,000 this fall and will be shown for the first time soon. - Destiny was the Grand Champion Female of the 2010 Purdue AGR Preview for the Chamberlin family, among other titles, and her deceased dam was hailed by Fred DeRouchey as “the best one I’ve raised” before she was lost too young. There is power in the blood here. - We’ve got a special night planned for you this year for sure. Brian is digging deep again and Destiny 110W needs to be on your short list of favorite options. If you think her steers are good, wait until you see what happens when the world meets Drivin’ 80! P A G E

Another daughter, by SLC Sooner, was Grand Champion of the 2012 National Jr. Maine-Anjou Show and both the Junior and Open Shows at the 2012 American Royal for the Olivier family and she is featured here as Lot 7. Remember that 2T was a big winner herself; Supreme Champion of the 2007 Heart of It All Preview and the 2008 Kentucky Beef Expo plus Reserve Champion MaineTainer of the 2008 American Royal. We mentioned her in our 2012 offering and she performed as expected and even better plus she is off to a blazing start in production. Her first natural calf was a great daughter by GOET I-80 that sold for $19,000 in the 2013 Nowatzke Female Sale and will be heard from soon. Back again and coming off her best year yet – it will only get better – Cinderella S031 puts the “power” in power cow when it comes to purebred Simmental and this may be her best combination with A Step Up. This heifer pregnancy and these embryos will produce full siblings to her $90,000-valued daughter that was a great winner for the Matt Reed family, OH, over the last show season. Allison Reed showed her Cinderella daughter to Grand Champion honors of the 2013 NAILE Junior Simmental Show and the 2013 Ohio State Fair Open Show among several other wins, and her powerful heifer was the best member of a great flush that produced more than $120,000 in heifer calves. Other great Cinderella progeny include the $38,000-valued top heifer of the 2013 Martin Dream Girls Sale by Trademark, and more by Sooner that have sold for $14,000 and $54,000. Cinderella was a $48,000 feature of the historic Lazy H Dispersal where another young daughter brought $9,300 and, in total, Cinderella generated in excess of $92,000. His first calves are starting to arrive to strong reports and the strength of the maternal side of his pedigree is well known. This bull was bred for success. - Note the pedigree here on this colorful superstar. His dam, Jessie 11D, is a double-clean daughter of Who Made Who whose dam was a feature of past Sweetheart Sales and now works for Reimann Ranches, SD where a full brother to Jessie 11D ranks as one of the most promising herd sires. Plus, the third dam of Dakota Gold is none other than Donor F-22, the legendary Draft Pick daughter that has been creating success for many in the Donors Unlimited program. - A red, THC full brother to Dakota Gold recently sold for $14,000 and, by the looks and reports of Dakota Gold’s first calves, that amount may be the opening bid on several from the first crop. - Take advantage of this huge offering of siblings to the go-to, double-clean sire for quality, color, and success! Wicked Harriet 902W

The best in the west and one of the very best in the game, here is the much-awaited embryo debut of Wicked Harriet 902W, the no-miss dam of popular AI sires and winning show cattle around the country. This beautiful cow writes the book on club calf consistency with a long list of credits in a very short career. From 10 sons born she is the dam of Matt Lautner’s red-hot 2014 Denver sensation, The Italian Stallion by Man Among Boys, and the other young AI sires; Liquid Courage by Irish Whiskey, Don’t Stop Believin’ by Believe In Me, and Lucky by Man Among Boys. Another son, by Believe In Me, was recently selected as the Reserve Champion Steer of the 2014 Sioux Empire Show for the Kroupa family, SD, and daughters by Man Among Boys and BIM have been recent winners at the 2013 CA Cattlemen’s Jackpot, the Western Bonanza, and the Red Wave Classic. Nine bull calves equals a $9,444 average from this amazing production machine and this figure does not count the new AI sire Lucky, he was retained, and no daughters have been sold so far from 902W. She’s got the look and the Midas touch with each bull that meets her. Note that her pedigree is very similar to the Lot 10 donor and this is her first attempt with Monopoly. It should be a perfect fit and you’ll remember the night you bought these features. Lot 11 is offered by Fair Cattle, Todd Fair and Family – Denair, California – 209/648-8240 – faircattle.com

It’s hard to top a great Maine x Simmental cow and it especially hard to top them when they’re as good and predictable as Miss Lamborgini 5S. After just a short time in transfer this old-school model is cranking out the hits with Denver favorites, high selling prospects, and winners in several states. Her 2013 crop included 4 calves - two male calves and two females - that sold for the astonishing average of $34,750 each. Included in this crop is “Armada”, one of the most exciting, calving-ease, double-clean sire prospects of the 2014 National Western Sire Display; study his photo and you’ll know why. Also included in the crop was a gorgeous daughter by Monopoly that has been a great show heifer so far for the Gilbert family, OH, having never finished outside the overall Top 5 after several showings. Another daughter by Monopoly was selected as the Champion MaineTainer (ORB) Female of the 2013 Houston Livestock Show for Travis Goodrom so Lamborgini 5S looks to be as consistent as she is spectacular. With her unique, outcross pedigree, Lamborgini 5S produces both MaineTainer and Simmental calves when combined with these two bulls – and others. Old school blood. New age look. Timeless success. Any cow that makes a habit of raising multiple state fair Grand Champion Steers deserves a spot in the Frozen Gold and Rocky Hills Mary MF9 is surely one of the most memorable females our game has known. This is the embryo sales debut of her productive clone and these embryo packages will replicate her unmatched success. Rocky Hills Mary MF9 is the dam of three Midwestern State Fair Grand Champion Steers by Heat Wave. Her 2007 son was Grand Champion of the Ohio State Fair for the Grauer family, and in 2008 two different sons won the Indiana State Fair and the Iowa State Fair in consecutive weeks. Quite a feat for sure and, to our knowledge, one that has never been beaten. A very unique purebred Simmental, Mary sold for the then-record price of $150,000 to Bobby Price, TX. These rare embryo packages are a very certain commodity that will surely extend one of the great legacies our business has known. There surely is something about Mary!

BPF Eva 517Y Take note. This is the initial public offering from Eva 520Y, one of the youngest and most intriguing donors in the deep, deep lineup at Goettemoeller Show Cattle. She is another of their high-Maine champions that win big in the ring but then win much bigger once they enter production. This young beauty was the Supreme Champion Female of the 2011 Hoosier Beef Congress and a multiple winner throughout her career though she had the misfortune of showing at the same time and in the same string as Goettemoeller’s other young donor, Miss Rihanna 4Y, that is also featured in this offering as Lot 38. Eva 520Y stems from a deep and reliable pedigree that is stacked with Maine-Anjou greats. Her full sister, Eva 517Y, was the $120,000 high seller of the 2011 sale scene that was also a multiple winner for the Hett family, CO. Remember Frozen Gold favorites like Destiny 110W, Miley 80T, Mercedes 128U, Winnie 4W and other GSC leaders like GOET Hottie and GOET Dottie? They all started like this one. Need we say more? The first embryo offering from the 2012 Ohio State Fair Supreme Champion Female, here is another exciting chance to access the genetics that have everyone buzzing. This young cow was a dominant winner and a fancy high seller from the Goettemoeller Show Cattle’s great full sister to Mercedes Benz, Mercedes 128U. This is the same blood that has produced so many influential cattle. Note the stout presence of Mercedes 701P; you will find her several places in this catalog. This is the same family that produced I-80, I Believe, Maine Man, and many more like Caleb Streitmatter’s steer that has been tearing it up this season in Indiana and the Witt family’s steer that has been doing the same trick in Ohio. Siblings to Mercy Me 15Y include Miss Cedes 128X, herself a Frozen Gold donor and a Louisville Champion; and the $55,000 top steer of the last GSC crop that won Ring B at the 2013 Heart of It All; another $15,000 steer that won often for the House family a year ago; and several exciting prospects on the ground now at Goettemoeller’s. These first embryos by Believe In Me and Monopoly follow the recipe of success for this family of cattle. Remember the 2013 Ohio Grand Champion Steer? He was a Believe In Me out of the winning daughter of Hard Drive that is featured here as Lot 5. Get the picture? It’s time to honor a legend. Jazee IT was lost this winter and it was way too soon, but then there is never a good time for a bovine this special to leave us. This was one whale of a baldy powerhouse and she was a great performer for MAC Cattle and their customers. This cow put the “power” in the term “power cow” and her calves were always highlights. She was a steady winner during her show career and she as blended well with a variety of sires. A baldy son by SLC Sooner was the high-selling MaineTainer bull of the 2013 OMAA Sale, a daughter by WAGR Driver was a high-selling heifer calf, and another stout son by Irish Whiskey is a feature of the 2014 OMAA Sale. Look him up in the stalls before this auction and see the power that this cow brings to every combination. These last embryos will produce full siblings to a super freak on the ground now at MAC. Study her photo and then see her in person. Jazee puts the shape and the power into this combination and Unstoppable brings the mass and the shag. She is a full sister to impressive and valuable young sires like “Twerkit” and his full sister – both products of a Frozen Gold embryo purchase – that brought $32,000 for one-half interest this fall before being lost to injury. There are not many members of this winning family left. Rihanna 4Y is a champion from a champion and this first opportunity to recreate her success is one that I’m sure we will be hearing from soon. Lot 38 is offered by Goettemoeller Show Cattle, Brian and Dru Goettemoeller – Winchester, Indiana – 937/459-0209 and Becca and Maci Chamberlin – Winchester, Indiana

013 NAILE Supreme Champion Junior Heifer – Sired by X2

We introduced you to X and X2 – the famous full brothers from Boss Beauty 84M – in our 2011 Frozen Gold Sale with the auction of their semen packages, and we are extra excited to welcome them back as the now-proven, breed leaders that everyone expected them to become. With the arrival of just their first calf crop, these impressive brothers served notice in the Maine-Anjou breed that they were going to be forces to be reckoned with. That first crop included a slew of high sellers and big winners in the bull and female divisions for both Maines and MaineTainers alike. X and X2 progeny won all over last year including a huge win for the Hett family as their X2 daughter was selected as the Supreme Champion Junior Female of the 2013 North American International – full siblings sell here as Lot 6. Starting this spring, X and X2 unsexed semen will be available every day on the open market for the first time ever. As a special kick-off to this IPO, we’re pleased to sell the entire inventory of sexed female semen as a special breeders’ highlight of our 13th event. Lot 300 is offered by Nowatzke Cattle, Barry Nowatzke – Michigan City, Indiana – 773/255-4684 Blind Badger Ranch – Ft. Morgan, Colorado – 970/483-512
