The Playa Largo Ocean Residences homes are sophisticated and stylish with old Florida charm, spectacular ocean views, spacious open concept living, chic island interiors, and outdoor terraces that allow you to embrace the island life.
HOUSE RULES
House rules are put in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and to maintain the integrity of the property
They provide a clear understanding of what is expected of you during your stay, and help to prevent any damage to the property or disruption to other guests
• THE CLUB HOUSE AND POOL are for all guests to share and enjoy. Please be courteous and kind to each other.
• SMOKING - No smoking is allowed in any of the homes .
• CLEANING - Maintaining a good level of cleanliness is important and will make check-out much easier You may also request mid-stay cleaning at an additional fee
• PARKING - Please use the driveway or covered carport parking at your home Vehicles parked in or blocking the fire lane will be towed.
• QUIET TIME - 10:30 pm – 8:00 am is monitored and enforced Playa Largo Ocean Residences is a special neighborhood with a family-friendly environment Please respect the other guests by honoring quiet time
• DAMAGE - In case of any breakages or property damage, the issue will be investigated to decide what the repair cost may be . The primary registered guest will be responsible for any expenses incurred during the visit, including but not limited to loss and damages, accident or injury to a person, or loss sustained while visiting the home .
• PETS - The home is limited to a 2-pet maximum Failing to pick up after your pet is a $25 fee per incident Pets may not be left unattended in a home or on the grounds of the homes
• RESORT & SPA - We invite you to visit Playa Largo Resort & Spa. Make your first stop at the Resort Front Desk to receive your Guest Wrist Bands (only registered guests) The Wrist Band is mandatory (per the Resort) and allows the wearer access to all of the Resort amenities

HOME AUDIO & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS - The Homes are Equipped with Smart TVs for streaming by apps
LAUNDRY - Detergent supplies are included for washer and dryer
OUTDOOR GRILL - There is an outdoor BBQ Grill available on a first-come basis. Please ensure that your Residence Grill is cleaned after each use
HOW TO USE THE WOLF RANGE - This is an induction stove that requires the use of compatible pans to generate heat
• Unlock the stove – hold lock symbols for 2-3 seconds until you hear a beeping sound
• Carefully line up the pot or pan with the correct size of the burner to ensure it hits the sensor correctly
• Hold your finger down on the on/off switch for the burner you want to use.
• Swipe right to turn temperature up
• Swipe left to lower temperature
• Once the pot is removed from the burner the stove will turn off
FIRE EXTINGUISHER - There are two fire extinguishers located under the kitchen sink and in top floor closet.
CLEANING PROTOCOLS - It is our top priority to keep our guests safe during their stay with us and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the same high Marriott standards of our Playa Largo Resort & Spa Autograph Hotel Your booking includes a pre-arrival and departure clean with a mid-stay clean available upon request at an additional charge .
GARBAGE COLLECTION SCHEDULE - Exterior garbage receptacles are serviced every Tuesday-Saturday by 10:00 am
CLUBHOUSE EVENTS - For a special event at the clubhouse contact our Operations Manager at 954-350-2056 and ask for Vacation Rentals .
A vacation at Playa Largo Ocean Residences includes access to an on site community clubhouse and pool as well as full resort privileges at the world-class Playa Largo Resort & Spa.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Upon arrival at your vacation destination, a moment of great excitement is experienced . The culmination of planning, preparing, purchasing and packing has led to the long-awaited moment of arrival . With the goal of simplifying the transition into your vacation home, we have implemented an easy check-in process and offer on-site parking . It is our pleasure to welcome you to Playa Largo Ocean Residence .
Arrival Procedure: Check-in - 4:00 PM (Your unique door code will be active at that time)
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM but if you would require an earlier check-in, we would ask that you contact the onsite manager to adjust that Each home includes a distinct digital door code generated explicitly for your stay Your booking channel or we sent you this code via email in your “Arrival Packet The panel, for the digital door, is located directly at the front door of your vacation home
Departure Procedure: Check-out - 11:00 AM (Your unique door code will be deactivated at that time)
Our standard check-out is 11:00 AM but if you would require a later check-out, we would ask that you contact the onsite manager to adjust that. As you prepare to leave your vacation home for the final time, please make certain that the following has been taken care of:
• Please leave the home in the same condition when you arrived
• Clean up food and drink spills promptly.
• Spills on carpets and fabrics are considered damage, not normal wear and tear
• Empty the refrigerator, freezer, and pantries of all food and spills
• Rinse used dishes and kitchenware and place them in the dishwasher on the “wash” cycle
• Move all furniture back to its original location
• Turn off all lights, and lock all windows and doors
• Pile all linens, used towels, and kitchen towels, and the cleaning service will tend to them .
• Our staff will inspect the house and have it professionally cleaned after your departure

Travel on the water to sunny oceans, shaded mangrove trails or a route along the coast with Paddleboards and Kayaks provided for the guests of Playa Largo Ocean Residences Storage is located on the south side of the Club House at ground level and clearly identified. Please launch and return these craft only (no boats) as well as all equipment such as paddles and life vests from the ramp on the north side of the property
PADDLEBOARDING - Paddleboards and paddles are available to Playa Largo Ocean Residences guests
KAYAKS - 4 equipped Kayaks are available for your use as a guest at Playa Largo Ocean Residences .
PRIVATE LUXURY BOATING - A private luxury boat is the perfect way to explore the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys Relax and soak up some sun, with a more exclusive and personalized experience You’ll have the boat all to yourself or your group, so you won’t have to share the space with other tourists . You can choose your own itinerary and enjoy the sights and sounds of the water at your own pace .
You don’t have to worry about navigating or operating the boat yourself, as the experienced captain will take care of everything for you . You can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride .

A fishing license is required to fish in the Florida Keys. Licenses are easily available for Florida Residents at Monroe TC, K-Mart #9614, Marinemax at Ocean Reef and The Yellow Bait House. Non-residents must apply online at www.gooutdoorsflorida.com.
