Parifex is a globally recognised pioneer in the design and manufacture of fixed and mobile speed cameras based on 3D Lidar technology. A good example is Nomad, one of its systems being showcased here.
Thanks to its sensor, which combines the performance and modularity of 3D Lidar and camera, Nomad makes enforcement easier. In France, running red lights accounted for almost 500,000 offences in 2020, so the need for Nomad is clear if junctions are going to be made safer.
The Parifex Nomad is a stationary system designed for simultaneous and automated enforcement of speeding and red-light running in both directions of traffic. It offers high-performance enforcement of road traffic offences such as control ticketing of up to five vehicles per second and per lane, on four
lanes, at speeds from 30 to 250 km/h and at traffic lights. A wide range of additional functionalities can be embedded in this multi-function cabinet according to user requirements.
A non-intrusive system, it is easy to install, with no need for heavy civil engineering work or connection to traffic lights thanks to the detection of traffic light state by camera. Moreover, its streamlined cabinet withstands the elements and vandalism, adapts to any environment and can be fixed to a mast or existing street furniture.
Finally, the Nomad is equipped with a decoy function and can be easily moved from one cabinet to another in order to strengthen the deterrent and educational effect on users.

After a 36-year hiatus, Zandvoort, a tiny Dutch seaside village with just 17,000 residents, hosted the massive Formula 1 race with 110,000 daily visitors. How? Sustainability! We focused on “STOMP” - Steps (walking), Two-wheelers, On public transport, Mobility as a service, and Private cars (last resort). By making car access difficult, we encouraged realistic alternatives like extensive public transport and cycling infrastructure. The result? A whopping 98% of visitors arrived sustainably, setting a new standard for major events.

The new electric RME TR400EO road marking trailer from Swedish specialist Road Marking Equipment can cut CO2 emissions by 80-85%. The TR400EO also has “ultra-low” noise level according to the manufacturer. As one user has commented: “We can talk to each other without raising our voices.”
The electric trailers come with preheaters to heat the road marking material before it can be manually laid out. The trailers are hybrid, which means that the agitator within the preheater is powered by lithium batteries and biodiesel is used for the actual heating of the material.

Dutch company HTC Parking and Security is showing its Xentry on Site system with a mobile Speedgate that combines safety and automation.
HTC makes the point that the average construction site operates from between one to three years, while its system has a lifespan of up to 15 years, allowing it to be moved between multiple construction sites as one project completes and a new

With various new loop-based tra c monitoring and classi cation systems, Tra c Data Systems (TDS) from Germany is once again setting new standards in this business eld. All systems have been certi ed by the German Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) with the highest achievable accuracy level (A1) and for up to 1,050m loop feed cable (twisted pair AWG20/0,5mm²).

Highway Care says HighwayGuard is the world’s lowest deflecting portable barrier, approved as a standard, lower and minimum deflection system throughout North America and Australasia.
HighwayGuard, MASH 16 TL-3 & TL-4 compliant, is a space e icient barrier with a section width as small as 0.25m and up to a maximum width across the tra icable
foot of 0.54m. This makes it ideal for work environments with restricted space but also as a semi-permanent or permanent solution. For speed and ease of installation, the same symmetrical barrier and universal T-connector are used to install the system to standard, lower or minimum deflection specification. This is achieved simply by altering the level of anchoring to

e modular concept ensures that it is expandable, allowing counting from up to 64 lanes or classi cation for up to 32 lanes. In addition,
