A museum exhibit by youth, for youth! Over the course of 13 weeks, every Thursday afternoon from September 11 to December 4 (no October 30th), the Junior Curators will select artifacts, write labels, and organize a display that shares a local story of the group’s choosing. th th
Ages: 10-14

Unearth artifacts from a simulated archaeological excavation! Learn about archaeology and material culture with a hands-on experience at the museum.
Cost: $7/child
Parents may join for free
Activities held outside. Dress appropriately.

Wed, August 13 | drop-in 12:30pm-3:00pm
Drop by to try creating some unique hand-made paper in less than 30 minutes! Bring flower petals, or dried leaves to add a flourish.
Make sure you have time to return to pick up your paper in a few hours or the following day.

At Dino Day Camp we’ll learn how fossils are formed, when dinosaurs lived, and what animals we can see today whose predecessors coexisted with dinosaurs?
There will be outdoor games and hands-on crafts.
