Recipe from our Archives Rainbow Fizz The Rainbow Fizz was a signature cocktail served to guests at the Powell River Company's retreat, Rainbow Lodge. Visitors to the lodge were often welcomed with this refreshing drink, making it a memorable part of the Rainbow Lodge experience.
Ingredients 24 oz Real Lemon Concentrate 18 oz frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed 12.5 oz concentrated grapefruit juice 12 oz simple syrup (made with 1 cup water and 2 cups sugar) Instructions Combine the lemon concentrate, orange juice concentrate, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a large container. Stir well until completely blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. To Make a Cocktail Fill a glass with ice, then combine: ⅓ citrus base ⅓ soda water ⅓ vodka or gin Stir gently and serve immediately.
