ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (AOP) 705-876-5028 The Adult Outpatient Program serves people with serious and persistent mental illness who are 18 years old and older. Most patients are experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, and/or depression. Patients with other mental health diagnoses, such as psychosis or dementia, or who are younger than 18, are not referred to AOP, but rather are referred to other clinics in the hospital. This guide is intended for people receiving and waiting for PRHC Mental Health & Addictions services. It provides information about other services and self-care tools to complement, but not replace professional treatment.
