Lifestyle Collection Terms and Conditions How to order a gift from the catalogue in your Lifestyle Collection? This couldn’t be any easier. If you received a gift voucher, all you need to do is the following: 1) Choose your present (a full list of gifts is available at Prezentokracja.pl on the “book now” tab). Use the id printed on your voucher. 2) Place an order online Enter your name, surname, phone no. as well as an address in Poland, where you want your present delivered. 3) The selected present will be delivered to the address you specified, no later than 21 days from the moment you place your order. Despite best efforts on our part, for reasons beyond our control it may turn out that the gift you selected is not available. Should this occur, we will contact you to discuss your options. If no other gift from the Collection turns out suitable, we will suggest a different gift from the same provider, with similar functionality and aesthetics, worth at least as much as the gift you had originally ordered.
Remember that:! - The order needs to be placed no later than the date printed on your voucher. Orders placed after that date will not be fulfilled. - Your voucher id is all that identifies you as the recipient of the gift. Do not share that id with anyone. We cannot be held responsible if somebody else uses your voucher. - Once you place your order correctly, the id is considered used. The gifts selected cannot be returned or swapped for other gifts. - If you do not accept the gift on delivery to the address you provided when placing your order, the gift will not be re-sent until the recipient covers additional delivery costs. - If your gift is not delivered on time please get in touch with us. If there are any obstacles preventing us from dispatching your gift you will be notified immediately. - Please verify the condition of the delivered parcel at the time of delivery with the delivery person present to check if the goods were not damaged in transport. Accepting the goods is equivalent to confirming that the goods were not damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.
Returns We want you to enjoy your gift for as long as possible and that’s why we ask you to: - Check if the present matches the item you selected from the catalogue and if it does not have any visible faults. If the product does not match the description from the catalogue or does not function as expected, please report this on the day of delivery. - Any faults that are were not immediately apparent at the time of delivery but were discovered within a year of delivery should be reported within 3 days of identifying the faults. - Any problems reported after that period will not be considered for a return - Your return request will be processed within 21 days. Lack of reaction within that time is not equivalent to accepting your return. - If the goods are found to be faulty, they will be fixed. If fixing is not possible within 21 days, the product will be replaced with a new one or you will receive a different product of equivalent value. - You need to cover the costs of sending a faulty product back. We will cover the cost of sending the repaired or new product back to you. - Keep in mind that the original purchase was made by the person who gave you the gift and so consumer protection laws do not apply.
Wine gifts Any alcoholic beverages included in the catalogue are sold and delivered to you by: Winezja.pl Sp. z o.o., ul. Puławska 336, 02-819 Warszawa, a holder of a valid permit for the sales of alcoholic beverages. As a recipient of a gift voucher you are obligated not to make the alcoholic beverages available to minors. Any orders for presents including alcoholic beverages made by minors will not be fulfilled.

Visit Prezentokracja.pl and check out the “book now” tab. Place you order and to receive a confirmation email. Then just reply to that email saying “I confirm”. This is necessary for us to start processing your order.
The gift you selected will be sent to the address you provided and you will receive it within 21 days from the date you confirm your order.
