We visit with patients by video (or phone) and obtain information about their weight, blood pressure, medications, and more. We use digital forms in our patient portal system online. We review records such as recent office visits with their primary care provider, as well as any heart imaging already obtained.

We estimate the heart-related surgical risk, based on each patient’s function and daily activities, as well as their past medical history and symptoms.

We arrange for patients to have heartrelated testing locally at their preferred site. Whether they need an ECG, echo, stress test, or labs, they can obtain these with ease. Results are faxed to us for review.

In a follow-up video visit, test results are reviewed. Subsequent care is pursued.

Patients log their blood pressure and adjust their medications for optimal blood pressure control, monitoring, and care.

After each visit with us, your patients receive the outcome in their patient portal, and the visit summary and notes are sent to you for continuity.

We provide cardiac preoperative assessments via telehealth for patients who are high functioning and fit and are in little need of heart-related testing, and also for patients who are lower functioning and less fit and have several days to weeks or months available for heart-related testing, follow-up, and risk eval.

We send heart-related testing order requests to whichever location the patient chooses, based on where they usually get their care.

We have blood tests completed at the patient’s preferred sites.

We are agnostic and flexible. We offer patients options.

We send relevant medications to the patient’s pharmacy of choice.

We provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Professional Services Agreement, and Business Associate Agreement.
