You may have begun to see the term “Womb Healing ” being thrown around. Maybe it's popping up on your IG feed, or one of your Facebook friends posted something about it, or you may have even heard it on a show. Either way,
“Womb Healing ” is catching people’s attention, and people want to know more about it. Is the womb the same thing as a Yoni? Do you have a womb even if you have had a hysterectomy? Are people healing their wombs to have better sex? Whatever your interest maybe when it comes to the Womb, my hope is for you to have a better relationship with your own womb by the end of this article.
The Womb
So, let's go ahead and clear up what we mean when we talk about the womb. When most people think of the womb they imagine a woman ’ s reproductive organs, and that is partly true. The womb is not just a physical entity; it is also an energetic one. It encompasses the entire energetic space in that region. The womb stores energetic imprints as well, such as relationships, lovers, emotional memories, and trauma, as it is part of our consciousness. The womb space is also the seat of our creative power. It is where we birth new life/ideas into the world; thus it is my belief that every woman is a mother, but that is for another article.
My Journey
My womb-healing journey began in 2015 after experiencing my third miscarriage. I had to have an emergency D&C - dilation and curettage, a procedure to remove tissue from inside the uterus - and while I was in recovery and coming out of the anesthesia I began to meditate. I asked Jesus, who is my Ascended Master, to show me what was going on with my womb. If you have ever been in a meditative state, then you know how difficult it can be to explain your experience. I will try my best, though.
I immediately had the image of the female reproductive system. Before this I would not have really been familiar with what that exactly looked like; after a while, it began to transform into the image of Jesus on the cross. The uterus turned into his head; the fallopian tubes turned into Jesus's arms stretched out; the cervix turned into his body; the vagina turned into his feet where blood dripped out.
I began to feel a very deep connection to Jesus, that we both shared this special gift. Then Jesus and I had communion. This drink represents the blood that is shed for eternal life. It was something we had in common. We both shed blood for eternal life. For it has been through the portal of a woman’s vagina that life continues to exist. It was then revealed to me just how sacred the womb is and the power that it possesses. I believed that healing my womb was the foundation of all my healing. I began to understand the difference between being healed and being cured. Healing is from the inside out, a cure is from the outside in.

Creating Practices
During my recovery, I began to create womb-healing rituals to assist me with connecting back to my womb. I began taking communion during my moontime. I refer to menstruation as moontime because of the connection between a woman's cycle and the lunar phases, and I started creating a space where I could sit with my womb and listen to her. I called this the seated-in-majesty practice.
I soon began to experience healing in other aspects of my life, including my sexual health. I studied the art of tantra and through my experience came to the realization that my womb is the intersection between my sexuality and spirituality. The womb is its own energy center connecting to all the energy centers in our bodies.
Your Inner Temple

The creation of your inner temple is personal; it is where you discover that God is to be experienced more than to be believed. It is where you connect to your power and the power of your creator. It is where you are safe and protected.
So, you may be asking yourself by now, where do I begin? Well, I hope that you are asking yourself that. Start by asking a question. I asked for my womb to be revealed to me, and she was. The rest will reveal itself from that point. Your power is already there; it is already available to you. The power is not in the rituals that you create or the tools that you use; the power is you. Rituals and spiritual practices are the compasses, and you are the destination. Spiritual practices can only enhance, enlighten, and reveal the power that already exists in you.
Your Journey
Some spiritual practices that are great for healing the womb are: meditation, prayer, embodiment practices, grounding techniques, tantra, breathing exercises, and sound therapy. These are just a few to help you get started on your journey.
Descending back to Mother Womb will awaken all your desires. The womb is the gatekeeper of your truth, your essence, and your power.
This is the definition of healing, if you ask me.
Journey onward.
