Should I Stay, or Should I Go?
PANDEMIC TRAVELING TIPS

I want to go, but should I? Many of us, at minimum, have had this thought. There has been such a high level of uncertainty released into this world in the past two years concerning travel. Stay home. Quarantine. Don't go to this country; COVID started there. You will lose your job if you go there. Don't get too close to her. Keep your mask up. No she didn't just cough in PUBLIC, etc. etc. etc. We've heard it or said it at least one time over the past few months. The media reports so many different stories daily, and one constant change - almost weekly - has been COVID protocols; however, as a travel advisor who survived the pandemic, I continue to see large requests for travel... daily.
Most of my clients are traveling, but finding smarter and safer ways to travel. The request increase has definitely shifted to vacationing in private homes/condo rentals instead of hotels. Families are traveling together more and renting houses and cabins. There is still a very high demand for Caribbean travel, especially Mexico and Jamaica. Most people are still a little apprehensive about the Dominican Republic but are traveling to the Caribbean Islands due to the all-inclusive package concept; it's a real winner for the budget.
