Select one color of marker that you hate.

Create a work of art with the three colors.

Once you are finished, stare at and absorb the beautiful colors After your observation, Use the color that you hate to destroy it.

Feel the grass between your toes And the dirt that cushions your foot.

Let your hair out of your face.

Feel the breeze sweep the strands behind you.

Look up at the sky.

Feel the sun beating down on you.

I Am Loved Abigail Clone Grab a tube of lipstick.

A bright color is preferred.

Take the cap off the lipstick.

Twist the lipstick up so that the color is showing.

Apply to your lips.

All over.

But make sure you stay in the lines.

Grab a piece of paper.

Put the lipstick down.

Pucker up and press your lips to the piece of paper as it lays flat on a surface.Lift your lips from the paper.Is it kissing yet?

Kiss it back.

Do you feel loved now?

Regret Jessica Stevens Grab a piece of paper and a pencil.

Sit down and remember every regret you’ve had.

Write down each regret on the paper and think long and hard about them.

Once finished, set the paper on fire and watch the words disappear.
