Period of promotion for paper orders: Sunday, 11th December 2022 to Friday, 6th January 2023. IMPORTANT! For submission of paper orders, please contact your Branch Manager for the cut-off date as orders must be at Head Office no later than Friday, 6th January 2023.

Cash, Credit and Fixed Plan orders count 100%. Held and Pending orders do not count.
