Meetings are open to all PHS Volunteers. Meetings are held four times per year (see Volunteer Manager for schedule). Please call or email the Volunteer Office for location. Meeting locations rotate among various PHS facilities. Please join us!

Chairperson: Provides strong, creative leadership to Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) Volunteer Services. Presides at all meetings of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. The Chairperson serves for one year with an option for a second. Chairperson-Elect: Provides strong, creative leadership to PHS Volunteer Services by performing the duties of the Chairperson in the absence of that officer. The Chairperson –Elect assumes the Chairperson position upon the expiration of the Chairperson’s term. Treasurer/Corresponding Secretary: Ensures the accurate records of all financial transactions of PHS Volunteer Services and serves as Chairperson of the Allocation and Budget Committee. The Treasurer assists in the preparation of the Volunteer Services’ Department budget and helps determine the annual allocations to PHS. The Treasurer serves for one year with an option for a second. As Corresponding Secretary, he/she conducts the general correspondence of the Board of Directors and serves as chair of the Bylaws Committee. Board Members: Preside at respective council/facility meetings where applicable. Assist staff volunteer managers in ensuring that the PHS Volunteer Program is carried out efficiently and effectively. Represent the facility at the Board of Directors’ meeting. Serve on the Nominating Committee.

Scholarship: Represents Volunteer Services on the Volunteer Scholarship Committee. Bylaws: Represents Volunteer Services on the Bylaws Committee.
