The Quality Improvement Policies & Procedure Guide, formerly the Quality Improvement Manual, is under revision and will be distributed to all providers once it is complete
All QI network providers will complete ASQ:3 and ASQ:SE and share pre and postoutcomes for all preschool children. Parent consent is required.
A representative from your program must attend the Annual QI Provider Meeting held in the spring.
REMINDERS
Provider Feedback Form - tell us how we are doing with coaching services, professional development, overall programming, and more!
Coaches will conduct pre and post- assessments (BAS/PAS and OCOT) to identify program needs, strengths, and progress.
Providers will establish and learn coaching expectations with coach during the first visit. Teacher and Administrator coaching agreements are required.
All coaching sessions will be on-site Unless the provider requests other arrangements with CPP via email at ldiblasi@cincy-promise.org
Staff and Parent consent is required so coaches can collect photos/videos while visiting programs.
Providers will share their strengths in the Early Childhood Education field and opportunities for growth through:
Teacher and Administrator pre and post-self-assessments and Teacher Evaluation of Leadership and Management Practices (not required for FCC).
Active participation is required to receive CPP benefits. Coaches will submit Non-Engaged Coaching forms when providers are not compliant/participating in coaching supports Funds for coaching services will be paid directly to the vendors on behalf of the provider.
UPDATES
The Teacher/Staff and Preschool Enrollment rosters have been combined into a single spreadsheet. We will share communications about professional development opportunities, special initiatives, events, learning experiences, and more from CPP via text and email.
The Preschool Staff & Student Enrollment Roster form is required to be updated quarterly (September 15th, January 20th, March 15th, and June 15th) and submitted to your coach Provider Update/ Change to Program Submission Form: Providers or coaches should fill out this document to notify CPP of any changes to or within the child care program (Changes to: License, SRNC/MRNC, SUTQ Rating, Staffing, Contact Info., Program Type or Funding, CPP Required Documents, Program Closed, Withdraw from CPP, etc.).
The Staff Support Fund (SSF) grant is intended to help preschool program owners and directors retain quality staff as they pursue a high-quality rating. Preschool programs will have access to funds per preschool lead teaching position in their center or family child care program.
