High honors for executive director, Sterling Presbyterian Manor It’s no surprise that others in the senior living industry look to Sterling Presbyterian Manor Executive Director Mike Rajewski for advice, inspiration and leadership. After all, Sterling Presbyterian Manor was one of only four care centers in Kansas with zero infractions on their most recent survey. Mike has been asked to join the statewide advisory committee for PEAK (Promoting Excellent Alternatives in Kansas), a program of the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.
Mike Rajewski will join the statewide advisory committee for Promoting Excellent Alternatives in Kansas (PEAK).
“There are around eight other people from across the state on the committee, and this will be a great opportunity to give feedback on how the program is and isn’t working. PEAK is a recognition and education program to encourage providers in Kansas to adopt culture change and focus on patient-centered care. If you’re on the PEAK program, you get payments and increased incentives, like additional Medicaid payment per resident per day. It’s good for our residents, and good for the community as a whole,” said Mike. Congratulations to our executive director, and to our entire Sterling Presbyterian Manor team, on achieving excellence and being a role model for others!
