Manor of the Plains receives 2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight Manor of the Plains is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™. Case Manager Tehren Esparza.
Scholarship gives Esparza the edge on career On a quest for more knowledge, Case Manager Tehren Esparza is heading back to class to get her bachelor of nursing degree. It’s all possible thanks to her ambition and PMMA’s Employee Education Assistance Fund. “I’m using the scholarship to get my bachelor of nursing. It’s been helpful to further my degree because I was waiting to be able to go on and get it. I had a baby in March 2018, so my husband and I have had a lot going on. Going back to school wasn’t a possibility at that time,” said Tehren.
The Customer Experience Award is given to senior living communities that score in the top 15-percent of the nation in resident satisfaction surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight for 12 consecutive months. Manor of the Plains received the award for skilled nursing.
“I want to continue on as a case manager, but I want more knowledge. A bachelor’s in nursing gives me more knowledge in leadership and teamwork—I thought it would help me continue to do my job better,” said
Over the course of 2018, a sampling of Manor of the Plains’ residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Manor of the Plains in specific categories.
