Made with love: builder creates solutions for residents At just 24 years of age, James Reed (husband of resident Evelyn Reed), built his first home. Now at 90 years of age, James has a lot more experience under his carpenter’s belt, and he still has the gift to see things with fresh eyes.

A puzzle board that swivels is one of James Reed’s creations.
