In an effort to bring a little warmth to our community this season, our staff relations committee decided to put up a “mitten tree” as part of our engagement events for the month of December. The mitten tree was decorated with gloves and mittens, all of which we donated to local schools to ensure that children felt the warmth of generosity and the Christmas spirit. u
As part of Clay Center Presbyterian Manor’s ongoing customer service initiative, residents and their representatives are randomly selected to participate in telephone satisfaction surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight.
