Welcome to Centennial Husky Football 2020! This year has been an unprecedented one and we hope you and your families are healthy and well. As you all are aware, much is still unknown regarding the upcoming school year and fall sports. Nonetheless, we have come together as a booster club and decided to go forward to prepare for the 2020-21 football season. We have put together a plan based on athletes returning to practice on 6/22. If this changes, we will adjust accordingly.
Due to Covid19 restrictions, we were unable to host our annual Football Parent Night for Varsity and JV players and families. At this event we cover a range of topics and provide you all with a lot of information. This year we are sending you an email version of our Parent Packet and instructions for completing and returning the necessary forms to help us facilitate a smooth transition in to football season.

HUSKY FOOTBALL CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL Husky Parent or Guardian: For the past 23 seasons our Varsity team has an overall record of 253-54, has won a State Championship, 3 Southern Regional Championships, 10 CIF Championships, and 18 League titles. The expectations for Centennial Football program are tremendously high. To continue that success, we have great expectations for each player to do their part in fundraising for the team. The money that is raised is used for the following items: football equipment, uniforms, weight room maintenance & equipment, scouting software, travel expenses, banquet expenses, team meals, coaching stipends, awards, media expenses, and typical operating expenses incurred by a business. If enough money is not raised, we will be forced to eliminate some of those items, as well as having to possibly limit the number of players on each level. Our fundraising goal is $150,000. To meet this goal, we need every player’s best effort just like we expect from them in the classroom, when they are training, and on the field. Donation Option Form Step-by-Step instructions: 1. Donation Option Form – Form Due 6/22 to Coach Logan a. You must chose to either Fundraise using Blast Athletics or “Buy Out”. i. Blast Athletics Fundraising; 1. Fundraising donation goal of $460. Due by 7/29/20. 2. If you do not have the app, download the app “Blast Athletics”. Both athlete and at least 1 parent need the app 3. Athletes must enter 20 contacts (either text or email). Fundraising campaign launch date is “To Be Announced”. You have the opportunity to add or remove names prior to launch. ii. One time donation (Cash Buy out); 1. Donation goal of $400. Due by 6/28/20

We are 100% volunteer run organization (including the booster board members) this is why we need your participation!
Husky football requires a member from each family to participate (volunteer) in 2 events in the 2020 football season. Each event will be no more than 4 hours.
Type of events include; Spring/summer BBQ (date tbd), Pancake Breakfast (date tbd) , JV and Freshmen games (Thursday afternoons), Home Varsity games (Friday nights), Banquets (dates TBD).

Dear Neighbor, The student athletes, coaching staff and parents of the Centennial High School football team are requesting your support for our championship program. Community support from sponsors like you, allow us to continue to provide a quality athletic program that fosters team work, responsibility, and an exceptional work ethic in our Corona youth. Our program has a tradition of success producing a State Championship in 2008, Southern Regional Championships in 2012, 2014, 2015 and 10 CIF Championships and 18 League titles; we take pride in our representation of our school and the City of Corona. Our football program, as many other high school athletic programs, is faced with great financial difficulties. The school athletic budget is being reduced as our football program continues to grow. The Touchdown Club is requesting donations to make this year’s team better than ever! We have a need for gift cards or items to use as raffle prizes both for our annual Bingo Night, as well as, during home games to increase revenue. We also have a need for candy, drinks and other food items for our Hungry Husky Snack Bar. Your donation would be listed in the Bingo Night game guide or announced during the football game, making the community and our fans aware of your sponsorship. Advertise with us in our beautiful media guide which is the source of information week after week regarding our football team, rankings, games, and valued advertisers. You can also have a banner on display on our field during all home games. We also offer press box ad signs which stay up all year long, as well as, our scoreboard advertising. There is also an opportunity to donate for team meals. We like to feed our athletes well!
