FAQS Q: Is San Clemente High School Triton Football a "cut" sport? A: Freshman Football is a non-cut sport. Q: What if I've never played football before? A: Many of our incoming Freshmen have never played organized tackle football before. Our goal is to teach players the game of football and to give everyone some time on the field. Depending on roster size, we may have two Freshmen teams ("A" Team and "B" Team) and many of our "A" games will include a "5th Quarter" for players who did not receive significant playing time during the first 4 quarters.
