Murrieta Valley Cross Country Summer Camp As of right now our plans are to run a full athletic summer camp program. This can change based on information from the State and County COVID-19 Guidelines. WHO: All boys and girls who are interested in running cross country for Murrieta Valley High School in the 2022 season. Camp attendance is not required to be part of the team but it’s highly recommended. WHEN: WEEK 1

TIME: 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM MONDAY-SATURDAY TUITION: $200 for all participants, Tuition must be paid online through the link on our athletics’ website (http://www.murrieta.k12.ca.us//Domain/1636) or directly to the Murrieta Valley’s bookkeeper on or before June 14th. (Please contact Coach Angela if there is an issue with payment.) The Cross Country team is a school sponsored group, and no student will be denied the opportunity to participate due to the inability to purchase a uniform or attend summer camp. PHYSICALS & CLEARANCE: In order to attend camp each player must have a current physical dated after May 1, 2022. A student can have their own physician conduct the physical, or attend physicals at MVHS on May 14, 2022, 8:00-Noon. Cost is $25.00. Once physical is obtained you must complete application at: www.athleticclearance.com and turn in the physical, as well as the Consent Form (from the athletic clearance website) to Karee Mason, in the athletic dept. if you have any questions on clearance please contact Karee via email. kmason@murrieta.k12.ca.us If you have any other questions, please contact Coach Angela at: Angeladanielle222@yahoo.com
Participation in a high school summer sport, music or cheer camp is designed to assist participants with skill improvement and practice, enrichment, and/or overall conditioning or proficiency. Summer camps are not required and do not guarantee placement or eligibility for a high school team or program. Participation in recreational camps and activities is optional and separate from the regular school year.
