SCHS Boys’ Golf Tryout Procedures 1. All JV players must play a minimum of two (2) nine-hole tryout rounds on the available dates. (20 Max) a. Tuesday 10/17 @ SC Muni Tee Time 2:00 b. Thursday 10/19 @ SC Muni Tee Time 2:00 c. Tuesday 10/24 @ SC Muni Tee Time 2:00 d. Thursday 10/26 @ SC Muni Tee Time 2:00 e. Tuesday 10/31 @ SC Muni Tee Time 2:00 f. Thursday 11/2 @ SC Muni Tee Time 2:00 2. All Varsity players must play a minimum of three (3) nine hole tryout rounds on the available dates. 4. Players MUST sign up for a tryout in advance and are responsible for being at the golf course at the proper time on the proper date. DO NOT just show up to tryout. A “no show” w/o prior notice on a date a player has signed up for will be considered an Unexcused Absence. (See Golf Guidelines) 5. Proper Golf attire is to be worn at all SCHS Golf tryouts, practices and matches. (See Golf Guidelines) 6.
OUR TEAMS: VARSITY- consists of 8 players based on tryout scores. Plays a full schedule of tournaments, non-league contests & Coast View Conference contests. JV- consists of 7 - 10 players based on tryout scores. Plays a full schedule of tournaments, non-league and Coast View Conference contests.
