What:TheSCHSVarsityWrestlingStaffwillberunningthiscampintheefforttopreparenextyear’s freshmentobesuccessfulinthesportofwrestling. Athleteswillbetaughtthetechniquesandrulesof wrestlingaswellasworkonoverallbodystrength,balance,andathleticism.Thetechniquestaughtbyour wrestlingstaffwillhelpanyonewhowantstoexcelinanycontactsport.
