PREMIER RP RULES

General Rules
• Age Requirement for joining: 18+
Advertisement
• A working, quality microphone is required.
• Your character must have a somewhat realistic name and must not violate the terms of service (TOS) of Premier RP, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, etc.
• Players must adhere to all Twitch.tv Terms of Service (TOS) at all times. Click HERE to view them.
• Being toxic or promoting toxicity on any platform (including Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Forums, etc ) can result in your removal from the community at any time This toxicity includes "fire starting" in Twitch chats and Discord calls/chats
Player Reports and Bans
Player reports should always be submitted through the Premier RP Discord. To open a ticket, go to the '#open-ticket' channel and provide information about the person or incident you're reporting.
Members of the community should never directly contact members of Premier RP Staff Hostility towards staff members through direct messages and/or tickets can result in a ban based on severity
Staff will proactively enforce community rules and guidelines without relying solely on reports.
In-Game Information
• Character Rules [A]
○ If rules and/or guidelines are broken, you MUST fully role-play the scenario and submit a report immediately afterward BREAKING CHARACTER WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC 3-DAY BAN WITHOUT APPEAL.
○ Do NOT coerce or bait others into breaking character.
○ Players must NOT interrupt, provoke, or impose themselves into ongoing scenarios unless they are associated with the scene. This includes traffic stops, robberies, police pursuits, or other minor interactions.
○ 3rd party interactions are NOT allowed during an ongoing scenario.
○ Rejoining scenarios after they are completely cleared is NOT allowed, including if you are incapacitated Once you're gone, you're gone
○ Stealing emergency vehicles is allowed to some extent However, you are NOT allowed to steal Police or EMS vehicles from any active scenes that you are not part of, if the vehicle is parked with lights and/or sirens on, or if the vehicle is in the parking lot of Pillbox Medical or a Police Department.
○ There will be ABSOLUTELY ZERO tolerance for racism, homophobia, sexism, bigotries, or other offensive actions and/or language. This will result in an IMMEDIATE ban.
○ Cop baiting is defined as repeatedly attempting to gain attention from the cops to engage in a car chase or arrest, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, doing donuts, continually speeding up and down a road, circling around cops. This is prohibited.
○ Avoiding an interaction is strictly prohibited. If you are in the city, you are expected to fully engage with other players who attempt to initiate scenes with you
○ Initiation/Interaction is required to engage in any form of combat with another player When initiating, you must be within shouting range and make the other party aware of your intent If you receive no response, repeat yourself a second time If you feel at that point they are avoiding an interaction, make a clip and submit a player report ticket, but do not continue trying to start a scene with that player.
○ Combat storing is NOT allowed. Combat storing is defined as crashing or disconnecting unintentionally and storing items you do not wish to lose before returning to the scene. This includes utilizing garages, houses, apartments, business stashes, etc.
○ Civilians are NOT permitted to wear any law enforcement, San Andreas State Police, Blaine County Sheriff's Office, Los Santos Metro Police Department, Department of Corrections, or San Andreas Fire & Rescue clothing.
○ Gunplay over Roleplay is NEVER allowed Gunplay is defined as a player choosing gun violence over verbal interaction and continuously having interactions with a firearm involved You do not always need a weapon to roleplay! The consequences of this will be a minimum of 1 week, and a permanent ban is possible based on severity.
○ It is prohibited to give away items and/or money due to a character going DOA or quitting the server. This will result in a wipe of items and characters of all parties involved.
○ It is prohibited to use your friends/fake hostages and/or the same hostage continuously.
• Server Restarts [A]
○ Roleplay should NEVER be stopped or become less serious before a restart; it should continue as normal
○ Players should avoid initiating any minor illegal activities (robbing players, police pursuits, etc.) within 15 minutes of a server restart to ensure the scenario is not interrupted.
○ Players should avoid initiating any major illegal activities (robbing banks, bobcat, gang wars, etc.) within 60 minutes of a server restart to ensure the scenario is not interrupted.
○ If a scene extends past a server restart, you are expected to fly back in and continue the scene as if nothing changed. If you are not going to fly in after the restart, you are expected to not get into any scenes that may inhibit or ruin a scene should it extend past a restart.
• Loot Box Robbing [A]
○ Loot Box Robbing is prohibited This is defined as looting any player with little to no roleplay This includes players that you were not in a scene with Example: You are walking down the street and find someone bleeding out or deceased, you would not be allowed to loot/rob them.
○ Loot Box Robbing PD or EMS is NOT ALLOWED under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
• Metagaming [C]
○ Purposely using or relaying information that your character did not learn in-game (Twitch, chats, Discord, sharing knowledge between characters, etc.) to shape in-game roleplay is NOT allowed If caught, the consequence is an automatic 3-day ban (minimum, based on severity).
• Powergaming/FailRP [B]
○ Powergaming is defined as the act of using an in-game mechanic, external information, or a roleplay concept to favor your own character or story, giving them an unfair or unrealistic advantage Examples include but are not limited to:
□ Finding the quickest way to make money by working around in-game mechanics rather than roleplaying.
□ Using the "/me" chat to gain an advantage or force RP among players.
□ Using emotes such as "/e sleep" during shootouts to gain an unfair advantage.
□ Malicious use of "/reloadskin."
○ Fail Roleplay (RP) is when a person fails to properly roleplay by being entirely unrealistic, intentionally causing disruption, or through trolling. Examples include but are not limited to:
□ Do NOT escort people while in a vehicle; utilize the "Put in vehicle" feature
□ Hostages should NEVER be seated on bikes or motorcycles
□ Driving at unrealistic speeds with no character reason continuously
□ Giving callouts while incapacitated (While incapacitated, you should only be role-playing your wounds )
□ Use of shared emotes, i.e., "piggyback," to fit more persons in/on a vehicle is prohibited.
• Random Deathmatch (RDM) & Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) [B]
○ Attacking another player or group without any story or roleplay leading up to it
○ Attacking another player or group using a vehicle with the intent to kill/knock them out.
□ Attacking or ramming other vehicles (Only PD is allowed to use the "Pit" maneuver).
• New Life Rule (NLR) [B]
□ After you fully die and EMS picks you up (or you hold E to respawn), you cannot remember the events leading up to your death
○ After being revived, you may NOT involve yourself in that scenario again whatsoever This means trying to retrieve items, assisting your group, or any other type of reasoning. You should avoid these people for at least 30 minutes
• Multiple Characters (from the same player) in one gang/group) [B]
○ This is NOT allowed In general, try to avoid creating multiple characters involved in the same story, scenarios, or roleplay style that uses the same information to push the same overall goals
• Not Valuing Life (NVL) [B]
○ Not realistically fearing for your life when you are threatened with weapons or severe harm from other means.
○ Having spontaneous shootouts at Police Departments or Hospitals is NOT allowed.
○ Antagonizing gangs, police, or armed individuals for no character reason.
○ Players should NEVER insert themselves into an ongoing situation or shootout as this is also considered third-partying.
• Combat Logging [A]
○ Combat Logging is defined as exiting the game in any form to avoid a roleplay situation, including but not limited to:
□ Avoiding being robbed and losing items.
□ Avoiding being arrested and processed by cops.
□ Exiting the server after your timer is up, but before respawning
○ All crashes or disconnects should be immediately reported in the Premier RP Discord in the ‘#open-ticket’ channel It is encouraged to screenshot your crash message and time stamp to help in the event of a player report against you If you cannot provide a screenshot of your crash message, we will base our decision off of our logs.
• Criminal Activities [B]
○ Criminal Activities are limited to group sizes of five players.
○ Relaying information to or between characters (lookouts, radio communications) counts you as part of that scenario.
○ Choosing shooters or grinders over roleplayers continuously is STRONGLY discouraged
○ Hostages are NOT allowed to be traded for property, items, money, or other players
• Other Rules [A, B, C]
○ Hacking, exploiting, anti-cheat detection, or any type of cheating is NOT allowed. If caught, you will be permanently removed. This includes any type of 3rd party software that is injected with an exe file
○ Stealing AI helicopters, landed/unlocked helicopters, planes, or player-owned aircraft is NOT allowed. Each punishment is taken on a case-by-case basis
○ Donator Perks may not be resold or distributed throughout the server or community. If caught doing so, your membership will be revoked, and your character may be wiped
○ Referencing any term (cousin, brother, etc.) alluding to a second character during roleplay interactions is NOT allowed
○ At no point in time should the term “body cam” be used in roleplay by civilians or criminals.
○ Suicide RP is not allowed under any circumstances
○ Use of FOV Sliders or Bass Boosted Sounds is Prohibited. Use may result in permanent removal from the community.
