BERTO INDUSTRIA TESSILE A new launch of ecofriendly denim , working with a supplier that is spinning for Berto a yarn com posed by recycled m aterials com ing out exclusively from their own denim production, in order to becom e step by step m ore and m ore circular.

Thanks to this re-generated cotton yarn 65% of the standard use of w ater is saved . Then, during the indigo dyeing process a natural and totally biodegradable sizing used.

And a new particular finishing process perm its a saving of 85% liter of w ater and 32% gr of C O 2 em issions per m t of fabric, respect to a standard finishing. This fabric is m ade with REC O VER BLU ® yarn, a classical blend of RECO VER® cotton and upcycled RPET bottles, it is the world’s lowest-im pact yarn product.

RECO VER® production m eans : N o w ater, no dyes or chem icals, near zero C O 2 and 50% solar.
