1. Go to “Register Now” 2. You will need to set up an account 3. You may then log on and register 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Pre-registration is required for all classes! Register early so our instructors can plan and so that we don't cancel due to low enrollment.

Classes may be cancelled if there is low enrollment. All registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Waiting lists will be established if a program is full. If a space becomes available we will contact you. You will not be charged for the class unless you are enrolled. If you would like a refund, please fill out a refund request form at www.redwoodcity.org/refund.

RESIDENT STATUS

Any person with a home Redwood City mailing address is considered a resident. A Redwood City P.O. Box or business address will not be taken as proof of residency. A non-resident is someone who lives in another city. But guess what? We no longer charge non-resident fees for classes & camps!

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY- CLASSES ONLY

If a class is cancelled by the department, a full refund will be issued.

CLASS Cancellations made 1 week prior to the class start date will receive a refund less a $5 cancellation fee PER CLASS.

Students who wish to withdraw from a class less than one week prior to the start date will receive a department credit which may be applied to any future recreation department activity, less the $5 cancellation fee, PER CLASS.

In general, no refunds or credits will be issued after the class begins.

Students who are dissatisfied with a program for any reason must fill out a refund request form prior to receiving a credit so we can make the class better in the future. Credits and refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis by the program supervisor. Form can be found here: www.redwoodcity.org/refund

This policy applies to our fee based recreation programs and not to: Adult sports leagues, building/facility rentals & fees, food concessions, special events, recreational (open) swimming, aerobics and fitness passes, trips and class materials

VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENTS

Please note that participants are responsible for ensuring their child’s and/or their environment is safe/free from obstructions and that any use of third-party applications (Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, etc.) is done at your own risk.

IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES

The City continues to follow State and County guidance in response to COVID-19. Programs are modified and compliant with all health mandates and guidance. Please note that we will continue to update our programs and make further adjustments as things change.

With so much planning, sometimes we make mistakes. Occasionally, locations, dates and times change and of course, we have typos. Please read your receipts carefully, we will correct any changes to locations, times, dates, and fees there, as well as alert you of any additional items/fees you may need to bring to class. INFORMACION SOBRE REGISTRACIÓN

• Se requiere preinscripción para todas las clases. Matriculaciones no serán aceptadas en clase. • Regístrese temprano para que nuestros instructores puedan planificar y para que no cancelemos debido a la baja inscripción. • Registrarse temprano. REEMBOLSO Y PÓLIZA DE CRÉDITO

• Si una clase es cancelada por el departamento, se emitirá un reembolso completo, menos los gastos de conveniencia hechos por medio del internet, cancelaciones de clases con una semana antes de la fecha de inicio de clases recibirán un reembolso menos $5 cuota de cancelación. • Los estudiantes que deseen retirarse de una clase menos de una semana antes de la fecha de inicio reciben un crédito del Departamento que se puede aplicar a cualquier actividad futura del Departamento de Recreación menos de $5 cuota de cancelación.

• Existe un cargo por cancelación de $5 por clase, el cual sera cargado para el procesamiento de reembolsos de todas las clases.

• En general no se emitirán reembolsos o créditos después de que comience la clase.

• Los estudiantes que no están satisfechos con un programa por cualquier razón deben llenar una evaluación del programa antes de recibir un crédito para que podamos mejorar la clase en el futuro. Los créditos y reembolsos serán evaluados caso por caso por el supervisor del programa.

• Esta políza se aplica a nuestros programas de recreación basado

en cuotas y no a: ligas deportivas para adultos, instalaciones de edificios, alquiler y honorarios, concesiones de alimentos, eventos especiales, natación recreativa abierta, aeróbicos y pases de gimnasio, viajes y honorarios de los materiales de clase.
