A Jazzercise class combines jazz dance with strength training for a full-body workout—and the best part is burning up to 750 calories in one 55-minute class. With easy-to-follow moves and a certified instructor to motivate you, you’ll dance, march, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you. We also offer other formats including LO (low impact), Fusion (Alternating cardio and strength intervals) and all Strength classes for extra toning and muscle work.
