The distribution of the different units in the plot follows the concept of a molecule containing different elements, with the nest as a membrane, the buildings as cells and the water to connect the whole system. This last element, in fact, keeps together the single units, like a river, shaping islands and passages for the guests’ own curiosity. The users are welcome in a self-discovery trip, surrounded by a cluster built around them. At the ground floor, the internal spaces make a frame for the internal garden: the main utilities are located here like the main lobby, the cafe’, the restaurant, the spa, the beach bar, the kids club, the meeting and conference space and much more, plus the first round of rooms. The intermediate floor consists in guest rooms and an executive lounge, exclusive for meetings or important hosts. All the rooms are closed to the forest side, where the main corridor takes place, but open to the internal garden, where every room is provided with a private pool. This decision was made on purpose, feeding the guests with enough curiosity to live and enjoy the rooftop, where a garden roof and a 360 degrees breathtaking view of the paradisiacal Mexican tropical

The internal courtyard is divided into 5 main areas comprehensive of one kids’ swimming pool, two other swimming pools, one island dedicated to the beach bar and one for the cafe’. All the islands are connected by bridges, letting the people free to swim underneath from (and to) every part of the complex. The total built area is 36.781 square meters on an available surface of 39.820 square meters, allowing the distribution, apart from the amenities, of 240 guest rooms, 24 suites, 7 penthouses and 9 party villas. CONCEPT
FASHION DESIGN INSTITUTE
The institute creates interactive spaces for a highly creative student body to work in multifunctional zones which blend the indoors with the outdoors seamlessly. The radical architecture of the institute emerges from a fusion of the rich traditional building knowledge bank and cutting edge contemporary architecture. The institute is located in a typical hot, dry, desert type climate on the outskirts of nacharam in the hyderabad. The architecture of the academy needed to be a confluence of modern adaptations of traditional vernacular architectural elements and passive cooling strategies prevalent in the hot-dry desert climate of hydearabad. The building is protected from the environment by a double skin which is derived from a traditional building element called the ‘Jaali’ which is prevalent in Rajasthani architecture. The double skin acts as a thermal buffer between the building and the surroundings, The density of the perforated outer skin has been derived using computational shadow analysis based on orientation of the façades. The outer skin sits 4 feet away from the building and reduces the direct heat gain through fenestrations. Drip channels running along the inner face of the Jaali allow for passive downdraft evaporative cooling, thus reducing the incident wind temperature.

In order to create a lush and vibrant center of interaction, the host municipality has divided the area, Site has been divided,into three main areas: an entrance zone centered on the plaza before the north exit, a core zone located to the east of the entrance zone, and an event zone. Located in the event zone.
The covered walkway along the center runs from the station to the Center, providing protection from the rain. Flowers and trees and benches and waterscapes allow visitors to enjoy seasonal scenery on their way to the Center’s second-floor lobby. The lobby, which runs east to west, offers direct access to the small, medium, and grand halls, as well as passage to the adjacent prefectural hospital. Skylights cast nuanced shadows over the lobby’s large brick wall. The lobby overlooks the exhibition hall and studios through windows that allow glimpses of the local activities underway below.

The Lotus Palace is spread over two floors and is inspired by the three phases of life of the flower - from bud to blossoming. The Lotus Building is a project of Studio 505 - Melbourne architects commissioned by the government of the Wujin district, inserted into the artificial lake of the People’s Park as a civic and cultural reference point, in order to build ties with the community
The structure, formed by a series of metal petals change color according to the reflections of light, the sun throughout the day and those of the night installations while emanate light. This project is an example of energy efficiency produced by a sophisticated geothermal plant.
