The housing will be exclusively for the migrant population, looking for employment/employed in the city. The housing complex will thus inculcate the philosophy of a smart city-.
LIVE: Residents will be provided with a decent quality of life with basic public amenities
WORK: Residents also have a work environment inside the housing complex to generate income
