QWhat is Prairie Public Passport?
APrairie Public Passport is a member benefit that allows extended access to Prairie Public, PBS shows, and other public television content online and on-demand. Members need to give at least $5/month or $60 annually AND give us their email address.
Q How do I activate Passport on my computer, tablet, or phone?
A
If you’ve logged in to a PBS Account at pbs.org before, then we’ll automatically activate your Passport benefit if you qualify. If you’ve never signed in before, it’s easy to get started.
• Visit pbs.org/passport
• Enter your Activation Code or follow the prompts to look up your status
• Set up your account and accept Terms & Conditions
• After your account is activated, you’ll receive an email to verify your account
• Once verified, you can enjoy Passport shows!
Q How do I connect my Prairie Public Passport to my TV? A
If you’ve activated your Passport account online, go to the PBS app on your smart TV or on a streaming device like AppleTV or Roku, and log-in to the PBS account you created when activating your Passport. It may prompt you to go online and enter a code so keep your phone or computer nearby!
Q How do I know which programs are on Passport?
A
Look for the little blue compass symbol! Your app will look the same—but your Passport unlocks all of the episodes available to you
