THE GREENBRIAR INN

Tucked away in the north Boulder countryside at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, The Greenbriar Inn is a Boulder institution that opened its doors in 1967 and, for generations, has been a cherished spot to celebrate special occasions. The restaurant was farm-to-table before the catchphrase existed, and the menu changes with the seasons as chefs incorporate the bounty from an on-site fruit and vegetable garden into dishes (think: roasted garden vegetable risotto). American classics like pan seared halibut and Colorado filet of beef can be paired with a bottle from the 1200 label award-winning cellar.

Run by brothers Julio and Llohan Martinez – who grew up in rural Zacatecas, Mexico and have worked in the Boulder restaurant scene for years – Los Dos Bros Food Truck wins for both best Mexican and best food truck.
