The best PLACE

We are delighted to share that Practice Plus Group has scored exceptionally well in the latest Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) assessments.

PLACE is a national survey, completed by patients, which assesses six key areas of hospitals: cleanliness; food and hydration; privacy, dignity and wellbeing; condition, appearance and maintenance; dementia and how well the needs of patients with dementia are met; disability and how well the needs of patients with a disability are met.

The results, published by NHS England, show a high score in all the domains. We scored particularly well, even compared with other independent providers, for ‘cleanliness’, ‘condition, appearance and maintenance’, ‘dementia’ and ‘disability’.
