Tina Guerrieri

People love to work with Tina Guerrieri because of her bubbly personality, confidence, attention to detail, and her incredibly infectious laugh. Her ability to have fun and see the humor in all her real estate adventures, even the ones that might have others screaming in frustration (like being a 4‘ 10” realtor trying to reach a lock box hung from a porch light that is over 7‘ high!) are truly a gift. Tina is not to be underestimated, though; she can also quickly switch gears and jump into the role of a tough negotiator, advocating for her clients and refusing to back down until she gets them the best deal possiblewhether representing a buyer or a seller. Her passion for working with people and treating them like family always shines through. She states, “Real estate is all about building relationships and friendships that last a lifetime! I don’t feel like its work because I love what I do.”

With more than 80% of her business currently based on repeat and referral clients, Tina’s professional track record and reputation of high ethical standards clearly precede her. When asked to account for her loyal clientele, she insists that maintaining contact with her past clients is of paramount importance. She is always thinking of ways to let her clients know she is thinking about them, whether it’s with whimsical gifts, fun destination parties, or quick texts and calls just to catch up. Tina truly enjoys engaging with her clients.

Tina shared what drove her on a personal level to excel in her profession, opening up about having an extremely abusive father who was violent to her and her siblings. Her Japanese mother was terrified to leave him because she could not speak English well, which limited her ability to get out of the situation, since she could not support herself and her children financially. She wasn’t allowed to make friends, so she did not have a strong support network. Over the years, Tina found herself in a similarly abusive relationship, but she was determined to break the cycle. “I always wanted to be financially independent and to help my mom gain her freedom as well. I prayed for a long time for something that would allow me to do both. Real estate helped me finally overcome the years of abuse that caused me to have insecurities and a lack of self-worth. It helped turn a battered girl into the strong, confident woman I am today, and enabled me to give my mom the support she needed to leave my father and enjoy the last few years of her life. I am so grateful for the opportunity to do what I love and create an amazing life for my son and me! I thank God every day for my success!”

While licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, Tina’s home base is in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Throughout her 19 year career, she has been recognized for her work ethic and results with an impressive accumulation of awards such as Titan Club, Chairman’s Club, RE/MAX Hall of Famer, and she is consistently ranked in the top 10 RE/MAX Agents in all of Pennsylvania.
