Q2 QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER 2

COVID-19 Re-Opening Recovery Efforts Your Columbia County Chamber will help lead the business community through this economic uncertainty by providing information and resources for your business. It will be important that we continue the two-way communications to prioritize the greatest needs while sharing how businesses can help each other. Tammy Shepherd, President/CEO, Columbia County Chamber

Reopening Resources Columbia County and the Chamber are still open for business, it may just look a little different. While everyone is trying to adjust to the new normal, the Columbia County Chamber is dedicated to being that resource for the business community. We are constantly updating the links on our website that will be beneficial guidelines for businesses to reference when trying to safely reopen. We encourage our members to stay involved, now more than ever. Help Us Help Your Business, Take This Survey The Columbia County Chamber and local community stakeholders are assessing the needs of the business community through a survey. The results of the survey will allow this recovery task force to develop short and long term strategies to help businesses now and into the future. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JCLBQK5

Keeping the Workplace Safe While Reopening The specific recommendations support the overall goal of opening businesses in a way that protects employees and customers from exposure to COVID-19 and helps prevent the virus’s spread. It is also important that businesses take responsibility to ensure they have adequate supplies for their employees and customers such as soap, disinfectant, hand sanitizer, paper towels, tissue, face masks, etc.
