WHO WE ARE

We are a global group of companies operating locally. We manufacture test and measurement products for the electrical and automotive industry, from the entry level through high tech products.

We have different business units that operate independently, maximizing customer and business dedication. On the one hand, OBM products under our own brands, such as KPS, Power Probe and C-Logic. On the other, we also offering engineering / manufacturing (ODM) and adaptation / customization (OEM) services.

Our companies work globally, serving our customers worldwide. This global network delivers a deeper understanding of each individual market, with solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each customer.

With customers over 20 years old, our goal is to be a recognized, honest and fair company. We aim to be the most valued partner for our customers in the research, development, manufacture and supply of innovative, modern and customer-focused technologies.

OUR HISTORY

1987

- MASTECH was established in Hong Kong.

2000

- MASTECH built the Dongguan, Guangdong.

2018

- MASTECH and KPS merged as MGL Inter national Group.

- Beginning of Power Probe integration at MGL Inter nationale Group

1992

- Power Probe was established in Califor nia, USA.

2012

- KPS was established in Asturias, Spain.

2020

- First factory building in Spain.

- Spain Production Plant in Trial Run Period.

- Power Probe merge at MGL International Group concluded.

2022

in California facilities in North Carolina.

2019

- Fifth factory building was completed and began production in Dongguan, Guangdong.

- SAP ERP implementation.

- Acquisition and integration of APPA Technologies manufacture and plant in Taiwan.

At KPS we design, manufacture and sell products and solutions for the electrical market, always with the highest levels of quality and performance.

Testing and measuring equipment

We conceive and engineer electrical measuring instruments to comply with the most demanding European standards. Our high-performance digital clamp meters, multimeters, and testers are developed to cover the requirements of any electrical installation.

C-Logic is the MGL brand focused on solutions for electricians and DIY users. Our product range covers the following categories: Measuring instruments, Energy saving, and Installation.
