Custom In-Plant Systems

Our customer needed an effective and efficient way to clean their plant after processing lobster, with three pumps, which can all be run at once, ensuring very little down time, and a fully automatic stop/start system pull station dampener put on each pump to ensure smooth, constant flow and to increase pump life, meaning a station is always ready.

This custom, In-Plant, Hot Water Cleaning System is complete with three, 4 GPM @ 2000 PSI pumps, leading to a total of 12 GPM @ 2000 PSI, tied into a 5 HP, 575 Volt, 3 Phase, Belt Driven, all electric Hot Water Heater with Industrial Duty General Pumps. Modular stacking frame designed with three stainless steel lines going out to specific areas within the fish plant. The system was set up with a water supply tank to ensure proper pressure supplied to each pumping system. With the ability to use either hot or cold water and featuring automatic controls, open design for easy maintenance, and three pumps, ensuring that should one require any work, the machine is still operational.
