I am deeply grateful to POWERHOUSE GLOBAL Magazine for the opportunity to stand on this stage and share my thoughts and ideas. I am proud to be part of Powerhouse Global Woman. This is not just a community — it is a space where women grow, inspire, and bring more light into the world. It is a powerful reminder that we are capable of far more than we imagine. It is a call to action, an invitation to be the person who creates change. And each of us is part of this force.

But to awaken this power, we must remember three simple yet profound words: Dialogue. Faith. Humanity.

Dialogue — because every transformation begins with a conversation. A conversation with ourselves when we ask honestly: “What do I want? Who must I become?” And a conversation with others when we build bridges instead of walls. Our ability to listen and truly hear helps us create communities where women lift women.

Faith — because without faith, it is impossible to move forward. Faith in our own strength. Faith in our purpose. Faith that every step, even the smallest one, matters. And when there are people beside us who believe in us, we begin to

believe in ourselves even more. Humanity — because at the end of the journey, it is not the volume of our achievements that matters, but the number of hearts we have touched. Helping others is not an obligation — it is an honor. It is what makes our legacy real and alive. If we want to change the world, we must begin with kindness, empathy, and the willingness to reach out a hand.

These three words — Dialogue, Faith, Humanity — lead us to a new form of leadership.

Leadership not about power over others, but about inner strength. Leadership that means not only moving forward but guiding others with us.

Today, I want to say to every woman:

You can become a Woman of Power. A Woman of Purpose. Not perfect, but authentic. Not flawless, but committed.

A woman who knows why she is here and whom she can inspire through her example.

A woman who leaves light behind her.

For many couples, the journey to parenthood does not unfold as easily as expected. What begins with hope and excitement can gradually turn into frustration, self-doubt, grief, and exhaustion. As a Holistic Health and Fertility Specialist, my work is dedicated to supporting couples who are struggling to conceive by helping them clear the often-overlooked blocks to fertility and create the optimum environment for new life to begin.

Fertility is rarely just a physical issue. While medical tests and interventions play an important role, they often focus on isolated symptoms rather than the whole person. Our reproductive health is deeply influenced by nutrition, gut health, hormone balance, stress levels, emotional wellbeing, mindset, lifestyle choices, environmental toxins, and the quality of our relationships — including the relationship we have with ourselves and with our own bodies. I work primarily with professional women and their partners who are navigating busy

lives while carrying the emotional weight of trying to conceive. Many come to me feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and quietly blaming themselves. My role is to bring them back into alignment physically, emotionally, energetically, and particularly for women to create an environment where their body feels safe, supported, and ready for conception.

One couple I worked with had been trying to conceive for seven years. They had been turned down for IVF due to weight-related concerns, and the woman had been diagnosed with PCOS. By the time they reached out, they felt defeated and were not sure how they might realise their dream of having a baby. Through a personalised 60-day programme, we focused on gut health, nutrition, reducing inflammation, emotional support, and rebuilding self-belief. Two months after completing the programme, they conceived naturally and today they are parents to a healthy baby.

The impact of the work I do goes far beyond conception alone. Couples often tell me they feel calmer, more confident and more empowered, When we nurture the whole person mind, body, and spirit we don’t just support fertility. We lay the foundations for healthier parents, healthier pregnancies, and healthier babies. To me that is the best gift we can give to a future child.

JASWINDER CHALLI

Jaswinder Challi Fellow Accredited Hypnotherapy Society, award winner for Cultural Integration by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (Guru of the Beatles) , Mentmore Towers centre for Yoga and Meditation. Award winner for International Womens Inspiration in the field of Education and Writing.

In the mystical experience she met Jesus and through the power of Christ Consciousness she reinvented her life. Her journey took her to many countries and masters with him she trained and learned.

Retrained as therapist and the opportunities came in very quickly where she had counselling projects and teaching contracts. Jaswinder feels that her clients and students have been a huge mirror in her journey of healing and is at a pivotal point in her life ready to take her work to another level of healing that will be inspired by her new book.

Her Excellency Ameenah Gurib-Fakim is the first female president of the Republic of Mauritius. H.E. Gurib-Fakim began her career as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Mauritius. She served as the Dean of the faculty of Science and Pro Vice Chancellor at the University of Mauritius from 2004-2010. H.E. JUSTINE SCOTT-GRAY

My story begins with dyslexia, a silent barrier that left me feeling unable to express my emotions or experiences in writing. Much later I would discover that poetry would become the tool that helped me find my voice, and ultimately, save my life.

Eventually, I hit rock bottom. I had spent years putting my husband and children before myself, slowly disappearing under the weight of responsibility. As the saying goes, the treasure I sought was in the cave I feared to enter, I had to face that truth.

My turning point arrived quietly. One morning, I simply put on my boots and took my dogs for a walk. I did it again the next day. And the next. Those early walks became a ritual of rebuilding. I grew stronger, fitter, and more connected to myself. Eventually, I left behind the walking stick I needed after two knee operations and found myself climbing the hills of Scotland, rediscovering both my resilience and my poetry.

Poetry helped me process grief, confront my fragility, and embrace healing. It gave me the courage to publish a book, something my younger, dyslexic self could never have imagined. After two years of hill walking, I booked a trip to climb Kilimanjaro. That decision was my declaration to the universe: I was no longer small, afraid, or lost. I was finally, unapologetically, myself.

Today, I bring that transformation into my work as a holistic leadership coach and consultant. With more than two decades of experience in HR, leadership development, TEDx coaching, mindfulness and equine-led learning, I support individuals, teams and organisations reach their full potential. My horses and retreats add a gentle yet powerful dimension, helping people reconnect with their confidence with emotional clarity. I am also developing an initiative designed to support those who feel increasingly unseen as they grow older.

MS SONAL DAVE

As a multi-passionate, Sonal has led an exciting and eclectic career. From a young age, she did not let anything stop her from following her dreams. At the age of 50, she became one of only two Asian Female Toastmasters and Celebrants in the UK. She is also a Public Speaking Expert for Children and Adults, teaching life skills. She is a Magistrate with NW London (since 2004) and a published author following the launch of the collaboration books “It Starts With Me” and “The New Woman”.

Born in Uganda, Sonal was diagnosed with Congenital Dysplasia of the left hip. Not letting this stop her, she became a child performer with the English National Opera & Sadlers Wells and after college went on to solo travel around India.

Her health issues in her younger years became a lesson for managing her health later on in

life, giving her strength and tools to cope with trauma and chronic pain. Sonal now hopes to help others break down barriers and open doors to show them that they too have the opportunity to be different and do what they are passionate about.

Constance Woulard is a best- selling author, keynote/motivational speaker, visionary, and transformational leader. She is a co-author of the Women Who Pray collaborative, igniting 90 days of prayer. Ms. Woulard is a featured author of The Heart of a Leader. She is also a co-author of the Sister Leaders Anthology, and the co-author of More Precious than Gems, She Knows Her Worth anthology. Dr Inya Lawal is the founder of two (2) not-forprofit organizations, Ascend Studios Foundation, for capacity building and social, educational, and economic empowerment of women and youth; and, the Africa Children’s Creative Network - to discover and nurture creative skills in school-age children.

She is a social entrepreneur working to be a world changer. Her company Ascend Studios produces TV and feature content and consults for companies and brands.

She is the Lead Program Partner to the U.S. Consulate General in Lagos, Nigeria, and the Program Partner for the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) - a White House/ Department of State initiative.

Dr. Inya is the founder of the African Creative Market (ACM), she serves on the board of the

Women In Film and Television International (WIFTI) as Secretary and is the President of the Women In Film and TV Africa (WIFT Africa).

She holds a Masters in Artistic Performance from Stockholm University in Sweden. Dr. Inya is a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate Award from the ESCAE Benin University, the Benin Republic for her outstanding contribution to Women’s Leadership and Global Trade Development.

SUPPORTING WOMEN AND CHILDREN GLOBALLY (03RD APRIL 2021)

Powerful Global Women Foundation in collaboration Royalty Kids Montessori School present A one day easter retreat for children and teenagers. Theme of the program was: The Total Child. The program includes reason for the season, cinema, POP quiz, music, baking and losts more. Mrs. Josephine, Phillip Itsuokor (Proprietress, Royalty Kids) was present as host. Over 100 children were in attendance during the program.

CHILDREN RETREAT EVENT (12TH SEPTEMBER 2020)

We had various workshops for them during the gathering. We also gave facemasks each child that was in attendance. Over one hundred children attended the event. They were all fed as part of our tradition to do. A massive thank you to Ross Swan for supporting our mission.

COVID-19 PROJECTS

As part of PGWF mission to support more families during this challenged time, we have been able to hold two projects (one in April and the other on 13th July 2020). We distributed food supplies to several families and orphanage homes.

Our team lead by Mrs Josephine Itsuokor (Vice-president of PGWF) made these projects a success. We will continue to reach out to more families through the support of our global partners.

Powerful Global Women Foundation (Powerhouse Charity) was founded in 20l6 in Nigeria, West Africa, by Lady Anita Duckworth-Bradshaw. The core objective of this organization is to transform the lives of women and children, through various projects centred around the need of the service group.

In 20l6 Lady Anita single handedly fed over 400 children as part of “project feed l000 children globally”, and held an empowerment conference for the women. Through this project, so many women have gone to do great things with the knowledge they gained from the event.

She recently held a life transforming event for women in Lagos, Nigeria as part of International women’s month celebration 20l8. The turnout was very encouraging. She is working towards supporting more families to keep their children and wards in school through” project back-to-school” starting in September 20l8.
