Our visitors are Logan Lightning (Women) and Easts Tigers (Men).
It is great to be back with football after ex cyclone Alfred caused major flooding and damage last weekend. I know many clubs were impacted and our thoughts are with these clubs cleaning up after flooding.
s games will both be against tough opposition and we hope all our supporters get behind the teams.
We have had a great function today in the club function room with 100 supporters having a great day out. It included special guests Tom Flegler (NRL Dolphins, State of Origin player) and Liam Wilson (World Title Boxer). Many thanks to our club legends Terry Kirkham (MC) and John Auld (Executive Director) for their part in the event. They will be attending the NRL Dolphins match v Wests Tigers at KAYO Stadium this afternoon before heading back to A.J. Kelly Park for our games. This a is great fundraiser for our club and we thank the Dolphins for their support.
Our Power Bushranger Corporate Golf Day will be held on Friday 13th June. At the Redcliffe Golf Club. We have some great sponsorship packages for $1000 which includes a team of 4 players, carts, promotional options, lunch, beverages and trophy prizes.
We have just announced another School Holiday Coaching Clinic in April with all juniors invited to train with our NPL Men’s coaching staff and players. It will be at A.J. Kelly Park on Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th April. Go to our website www.peninsulapower.com.au to register.
There has been a change to next week’s games with Wolves requesting a fixture reversal because of the floods to their fields. We were happy to assist and we will play Wolves at A.J. Kelly Park next Saturday 29th March. Kick off times are 5pm Seniors and 2.45pm for the Under 23.
Thank you for coming along today and we hope you enjoy the facilities at Power.

Good Afternoon Easts and Redha and welcome to AJ Kelly for tonight’s game.
With an interrupted couple of weeks from Cyclone Alfred we are back on the pitch. I hope everyone stayed safe during Cyclone Alfred.
It seems a while since our last game but it’s now important to focus and start back where we
We have been playing some good football and I have been really proud with the effort shown by the group. We will keep working hard to improve every week.
Today’s game verse Easts will be a tough game and a good test for us. They have plenty of threats in their team. Easts had a good win 4-2 against Brisbane City in their last game.
Our last game we came out 3-1 winners against a tough and resilient Sunshine Coast Wanderers team. Goal Scorers Niyah Joseph 2 and Jheisen Macuace 1.
We look forward to being back at home today and playing in front of our home supporters. Thank you to all our sponsors and supporters for you continued support .

The U23s have had a great start to the season with 6 points taken from the first 2 games.
This week a new task up against Easts FC at home will be a challenge that the group is well and truly looking forward to, especially considering the interruption by Cyclone Alfred.
The group would really appreciate members support in getting down to cheer them on.
The U14 FQ Academy has made a perfect start to the season, securing 5 wins from 5 matches. The team has shown great determination and skill, building strong momentum early on.
While the results have been impressive, there’s still plenty to refine as we continue to develop and improve.
The squad remains focused on maintaining consistency and pushing towards the high standards we have set. With big goals in place for 2025, the team is eager to keep working hard, learning and getting better as a team.
