To ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being, we kindly remind you that this is a smoke-free and pet-free environment, in accordance with HOA and owner regulations. As part of our commitment to being a Dark Sky Community, we also ask everyone to minimize light pollution during evening hours. Additionally, please respect your neighbors by observing quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Thank you for your cooperation!
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Only two cars are permitted at the property. If you have any extra vehicles, please let us know and we can provide a parking permit for the Daybreak overflow parking area.
• Please remove all muddy and snowy shoes at the main entrance.
• Please do not bring ski equipment into areas of the home except for the Ski locker areas.
• Please use the kitchen hood fan when cooking in the house to prevent the smoke alarms from going off.
• During Ski Season, Mondays and Thursdays are garbage pick up days. Please load all trash into the bins and take it to the edge of the driveway the morning of before 9:00 am.
• The garbage bin is located on the east side of the garage.
• Do not take the trash to the road the night before due to heavy snow fall and wildlife.
• To prevent pipes from freezing during extreme temperatures, let the faucets near outdoor walls drip slowly.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE BEFORE DEPARTURE:
• Place all used bath towels and bath mats in a pile in the bathrooms.
• Return any items or furniture you may have moved during your stay to their original locations.
• Double-check for personal belongings in drawers, closets, cabinets, under furniture, and other hiding spots. Don’t forget wall outlets—chargers are the most commonly forgotten items!
• Return all parking passes, garage openers, and remotes to the kitchen counter. Please note that missing items may result in a fee.
• Winter: Set the thermostat to 65°F.
• Summer: Set the A/C to 76°F.
• Lock all windows and doors, and ensure all lights, appliances, and electronics are turned off.

• Grocery Delivery: Avoid grocery shopping during your vacation. Our Concierge team can assist with grocery delivery services to ensure your accommodations are fully stocked with essentials.
• Concierge Recommends: They have fully vetted third-party vendors who can provide in-home services, such as massages or private chefs, to make your stay more relaxing! Reach out to them to help get that set up!

SKI IN/SKI OUT INSTRUCTIONS
SKI-OUT FROM HORIZON RUN 7763
• Leave the home from the bottom level
• Head south towards Village Lift on either an un-groomed trail or groomed trails Poncho’s or Easy Peasy
RETURNING TO THE HOME
The easiest way- beginner- Advanced- Walking is Necessary
• From the Village you need to ride the Mary’s Lift.
• At the top of Mary’s, go straight and slightly left towards Hidden Lake Lift.
• Ski down to Hidden Lake and ride the lift to the top.
• Get on the lift - look left, you will see ski patrol and a trail sign for East 40.
• Follow the East 40 trail along the top of the ridge - it will begin to go down a hill
• When you begin to go down the hill, you will see a trail sign for Lefty’s Right - follow Lefty’s Right
• You will ski over a bridge, at the end of the bridge, proceed slowly towards the Yurt on the right.
• You have now reached the Horizon Neighborhood.
• Remove your skis when you return to the Horizon home.
• Do not place ski/snowboard’s against the outside siding of the home.
*Please note, there is construction in the area. The trails/pathways may be different than described. Please use your best judgement getting to and from the property.
GRILL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read Instructions before Lighting.
2. Open the lid before lighting burners.
3. Make sure all valves are in the “Off” position.
4. Turn the gas tank valve on after confirming knobs are in the “Off” position.
5. Once the gas tank valve is on, push the grill knob “IN” and while pushing turn to “High” position slowly.
6. You should hear a “CLICK” and the burner should light.
7. If ignition does not occur in 5 sec - turn burner control(s) “Off” , wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting process.
FIREPLACE INSTRUCTIONS
Main Living Room Area
1. Open the Glass
a. To open, there is a little latch that you will press down to open the glass. The glass does drop down, so please hold the door while pushing the metal tab down.
b. There are tools in the lower left cabinet. There is a tool to open the glass fireplace door.
2. Keep the Area Clear
a. Make sure the space around the fireplace is free of flammable items such as furniture, drapes, newspapers, or books.
3. Do Not Leave the Fire Unattended
a. Always monitor the fire when it is burning.
4. Avoid Overloading Fire Logs
a. Use a safe and manageable amount of fire logs to prevent overheating.
Library Area and Master Bedroom
To ensure safe and effective use, please follow the instructions below:
1. Locate the Remote Control
a. The remote control is a small white/silver remote.
2. Turning On the Fireplace
a. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The fireplace will ignite automatically. You will hear a beep letting you know it’s turning on. It may take a few seconds to ignite.
b. If you do not see any progress on the fire, there is a switch that is located to the left of the fireplace that can be switched to on instead of remote. You can switch it back to remote when the fireplace is lit. The library switch is in the cabinet to the left of the fireplace.
3. Adjusting the Flame
a. Use the remote to select your desired flame level, ranging from highest to lowest.
4. Turning Off the Fireplace
a. To turn off the fireplace, press the “Off” button located at the bottom of the remote control and hold it for 5 seconds. You will hear a beep letting you know it’s turning off. It may take a few seconds for it to go out.



FIREPLACE INSTRUCTIONS
Ski Storage Area
1. Turning the Fireplace On
a. There is a switch to the right of the fireplace near the mini fridge. Flip that upper switch on to turn the fireplace on.
2. Turning the Fireplace Off
a. Flip the upper switch down to turn the fireplace off
Outdoor Fireplace
Ensure there is nothing in the fireplace before lighting the fire.
1. Turning On the Fireplace
a. There is a side cabinet on the right hand side of the fireplace
b. Open the cabinet and flip the switch up to light the fireplace
2. Turning the Fireplace Off
a. Open the cabinet and flip the switch down to turn off
Safety Guidelines
1. Exercise Caution
a. Always use care when operating the gas fireplace
2. Do Not Leave Unattended
a. Never leave the fireplace on when unattended or while sleeping
3. Ensure Proper Supervision
a. Keep children and pets away from the fireplace while in use

HOT TUB RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
Cover After Use
Please cover the hot tub after each use. Please shower before using the hot tub and refrain from using lotions or soaps while in it.
Opening the Lid
The hot tub lid is secured by a sheet that is rolled back to open
• There is a key pad by the back door.
• Code is 1234
• It will roll open.
Closing the Lid
• Use the key pad by the back door to close the lid
• Code is 1234
• It will roll closed.
Accessing and Unlocking the Control Screen
• Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature.
• To activate specific jets, cycle through the jet options until you find the desired area.
Safety and Courtesy Guidelines
• Supervision: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
• No Glassware: Please avoid using glass items near the hot tub.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed in or around the hot tub.
• Return Temperature: Set the temperature back to 102°F when finished.
• Snow Removal: Clear off any snow from the cover before opening.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please maintain a low noise level to respect the peace of neighboring properties.
Additional Notes
• All hot tubs are chlorinated for sanitation.
• Enjoy responsibly and help preserve the tranquility of the area.
