Whether you’re interested in one of our built homes, or one of our amazing lots, this summary was created to assist you in navigating the process.

• Buyer selects Cabin layout ››

4 plans to choose from ranging from

1,291 square feet – 3,0 09 square feet

• Powder Mountain Agent guides buyers in choosing a lot that f its their cabin choice and assists in choosing a preferred builder.

• Buyer signs Developer Lot contract and Builder Residence contract simultaneously.

• 5% earnest money due within four (4) calendar days of acceptance.

• Buyer receives included features list and may select cool or warm package or may work with builder or own designer to customize interiors to their liking.

Buyer to work directly with Builder should there be a credit for unused materials.

• Buyer may pay cash or obtain a one-time close construction loan.

• Buyer will close on their lot and begin construction of their Cabin. Buyer will receive Certif icate of Occupancy upon completion of construction. Typical construction timeframe is 12-18 months.

• Buyer to fund f irst construction draw, if paying cash, at lot closing (draw schedule is provided with disclosures) • Reach out to your designated Powder Mountain Agent with any questions or additional needs.

• Buyer may choose a completed townhome with a typical 30-day closing. Buyer will execute a developer contract with customary earnest money deposit, disclosure, due diligence, f inancing and settlement deadlines —O R — • Buyer may choose a townhome, not yet started, by executing developer Reservation Agreement.

• Once all townhomes in the building are reserved, construction will commence.

• 20% of the purchase price shall be deposited as earnest money deposit within 4 calendar days of contract acceptance.

• Buyer may select a package and may customize further through the builder if they choose.

• Construction time-frame is approximately 18 months from start of construction to completion.
