04 WHAT SCHOOL LEADERS SAY “Throughout the day Principals have many curve balls thrown at them ... I know that through this year of many complexities I would have been out on stress leave if it wasn’t for this project. I recommend it to everyone."

“I am grateful for the skills and life this opportunity has given me. I no longer work - I educate, collaborate and lead. At home I am more present and supportive for my partner and children.”

"(The training) has had the greatest positive impact, more than any other PD I have completed. I am more focused and in control of my work and tasks and do not feel as pressured or inundated by the demands of my role. Every Principal should experience this program, given the nature of our job and the expectations thrust upon us.”
