Let’s do parkour!

Do you like being active? Then perhaps parkour, or free running, is the activity for you. What is parkour? It’s the sport of moving rapidly through part of a town. You go over, around and through obstacles, by running, jumping, climbing, rolling and falling (safely). It’s getting more and more popular and now you can find classes for kids as young as four years old in many towns and cities.

You don’t need an special equipment for doing this sport , but wearing loose comfortable clothes and sneakers are a good idea. You can do it alone or with friends. It’s not a competition, but you want to see if you can get better, faster and more agile every day.
