HIGHWAYS ENGLAND officers have urged planning officials to delay deciding proposals for almost 1,000 homes in Pagham. THe request has been made to enable the government body charged with looking after main roads to consider the impact of the traffic which would be generated by so many homes at once. Developers have proposed them for Sefter Road, Hook Lane, and south of
